Pros:

Easy peasy from Canandigua or Rochester City.

Cons:

A young group of girls showed up after 2:00 and raised a bit of overzealousness. Either above me or to the side.

Thought they'd be 10-15 then succumb but it was nearly an hour.

No worries as there's your Farmington hotel upstairs.

Or Canandigua ones a bit pricier but no Rochester peeps until concert season.

Simply bad timing on my part for their good vibes.

Pros:

I love coming to Microtels! I find the smaller room has many benefits. I especially like the lounge area next to the window. Where I can sit in comfort and read with the light of the day.

Broken locks! Negligent staff

Comfy beds & included breakfast.

Cons:

Being locked in my room immediately upon check-in & how the staff had zero courtesy im the matter! You can't make this up. I checked in, went to my room to LOCK the door and it would not unlock when I double checked it. Thankfully I checked sooner than later. I had to wait over an hour for a manager from a different location to come "fix" it which consisted of a loud bang and a woman (manager from other place) yelling out YOURE ALL SET MAAM! To which i ran to the door only to find her and the new front desk person already all the way down the hall. Not a single conversation about anything g including A DIFFERENT ROOM!? I HAD TO CALL THE FRONT DESK AND REFUSE TO STAY IN A ROOM WHERE I AM AFRAID TO LOCK THE D O O R!!!!!! I WAS MOVED UPSTAIRS WITH ZERO APOLOGY OR ACKNOWLEDGEMENT.

Lack of sleep.
Pros:

It is a clean facility, the rooms are fine, the staff is great.

Cons:

This is the loudest hotel I have ever stayed in. Ever. This is over hundreds of hotels over 40 years. The highway traffic noise is unbearable. The poor HVAC system is the loudest I have ever seen.

We will stay there again. It was perfect.
Pros:

Super easy to find off the highway and extremely clean.

Cons:

You can hear the cars on the highway, which did not bother us, but it might bother some people.

Small but comfortable room. Bed very comfortable. Good breakfast, started at 6pm. Quiet, clean. Good shower. Adequate cubbies and closet for my stuff, plenty of bedside charging.

Cons:

Not really "not like", but I wish if hotels put 4 pillows on a bed there would be some variety! I like a flatter, less mushy pillow for sleeping.

When I first entered the corridor to my room, sensed faint smell of cigarettes. But room itself was fine.

Pros:

The general manager offered exceptional customer service. First, when my first room had a temperamental heating unit, she immediately moved me. Then, when I needed to extend, she offered me a good rate. Finally, on Monday morning she unburied my car which had been covered by the snow storm.

That is an EXCEPTIONAL level of customer service.

Cons:

I would have enjoyed scrambled eggs included with breakfast.

The hotel was exactly as we have been in many before. Not great but comfortable for the price!
Pros:

It was a really convenient location with plenty of food and spirits locally.

Cons:

The bathroom wasn't as clean as other hotels we have stayed at
