The room i received had trash, dog food on floor, dirty sheets and comforters rolled up on mattress, and dog hair everywhere. Called to from desk and they came fwn to look. Got another room, no real apologies ,then room keys didn't work. Next say no maid service came to bring towels so had to go get new ones. Went to free breakfast at 745am. Most containers were empty, no fruit, just cereal.

Very disappointed for the amount paid?
Cons:

The size of the room. It felt like a dorm room. Broken shower curtain. Cleanliness left little to be desired from first step into hotel to go to room. Nobody at front desk.

Worst stay ever !!!
Pros:

We liked not one thing. We were not given enough towels, a broken tv, stuff left in the fridge, room was not cool and had a funny odor in it.

I summed that all up in the statement above. We literally liked nothing offered.

the location and price fit well with what we were traveling to Ohio for.

Cons:

Our room was a handicapped room which wasn't a problem, however the door to the bathroom was broken and wouldn't shut, we had no towels and even though the staff was polite our room just wasn't supplied. And one of the biggest items was the breakfast supply was terrible. No hot food served, no yogurt, the waffle maker looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a long time. We had to do a drive thru for breakfast so the kids had food.

It was awful and has probably turned us away from staying at Wyndham properties.
Pros:

The location was good. Close to a lot of restaurants and the fields we were playing at.

Cons:

The room smelt like urine. The beds literally touched the wall. The room was so small you had to walk sideways between the bed and other furniture. The only shelf/desk was sticky and the Formica was peeling off of it. The shower was not good. Two small (throw pillow) pillows for each bed only. Was currently under construction, although advertised as newly renovated.
