Most all of the one star reviews are old and before the remodel. The rooms were nice and clean. Coffee in lobby was good. I would stay here again.

Very friendly personal. Perhaps a little to close to the highway for some folks but I would say convenient for me.

THE PLACE WAS EXTRA NASTY AND THE POLICE WAS ON THE PROPERTY ARRESTING PEOPLE FROM THE HOTEL

Okay hotel other than a employee named i think was Mellisa, she was talking about doing drugs and when I said "excuse me I have family here"
She got very rude and said things she shouldnt. Would avoid at all costs

LOVED our room! Beautiful. Comfortable. Clean. Slept like a log! Would definitely stay here again. 10 out of 10!

Stay was awesome. Staff was so friendly! From the person who checked us in to the person who checked us out and everyone in between. Rooms were clean for being an older hotel. Beds were very very comfy! Will definitely stop again during our trips.

Robbie and Alex handled everything to perfection for my stay! Top notch employees! Lobby and front desk in great shape very organized and clean had no issues. Room was very clean and well stocked! Breakfast was amazing and well stocked! All the maids were pleasant and very accommodating!

Fairly clean, hot breakfast included. But, unfortunately, we barely could sleep, it was too noisy: if someone walk upstairs you hear every step and lots of squeaking. The person upstairs started walking around 3:30 a.m. and stopped only at 7 am. It was terrible night, as like they had an elephant upstairs and the floor squeaked with every step ready to fall.

Good hotel convenient for route 66 . No restaurants on site but a few options 5 minutes drive

Checking in was easy, staff is friendly and helpful, comfortable bed, and room was spacious. They had a pool and spa but, didn’t try them out.

Breakfast was good, first place I saw that had grapefruit and lots of options for coffee and teas.

At check- in the receptionist needs to take the time to provide you with the details of your stay (breakfast time and location, location of coffee machine, - there is no in room coffee -, ice machine, etc. ).

Acceptable for the money. This is an old building. Needles is ok for a pass-through, nothing more. Staff was ok. Breakfast was ok.

Absolutely disgusting hotel! Plastic Skirting boards hanging off - poorly stuck on with glue that looked like gum. Really dirty.

Was not advised at check in that breakfast was included.

Avoid this hotel!

Used the washing machines - tampons in the front of it! Vile!

Really good for one night and good breakfast. Just the shower that was a little outdated, cracked and didn't look extra clean.

I did not like this property. The rooms are full of black mold. I had to go to a doctor and get medication. I also got a note from my doctor stating I had to leave this hotel. Horrible place because of the mold issues. Needs an inspection.

We booked a room with a king size bed and a couple days after booking called to make sure we were not on the pool side since my husband is a light sleeper and didn't want to hear the noise from the pool. When we arrived we find out that we are on the pool side and we are not in a room with a king size bed even though my husband had spoken to someone two different times about our reservation. It seems their staff needs better communication amongst themselves. The room was nice enough but a bit of a warning, if you stay there when it's really hot you won't have any cold water in the shower. :(
