Cons:

The bed was old and bad, no breakfast, no Ice machine and the sliding glass door would not lock and this was the second room they had to move me to the first room they put me in the water in the sink would not shut off and the TV had no volume. I would not go back!!!

I like this place but they can do better.
Pros:

I like that the location is walking distance from the event I was in town for, and another I hope to do next year (schedule conflict this year). This is the first time I've had a room with a balcony and Oh My, what a view (downriver) and after sunset there's very little light from outside - at least until the moon came up.

Cons:

Housekeeping could do a little better, I had no towels in my room and the lights switches on the walls don't seem to do anything.

Absolute DUMP! NOT Recommended
Took 3 rooms to find something that was semi acceptable.
NO SMOKE DETECTOR IN ROOM, wires hanging from ceiling.....
NEVER SAW A housekeeper,
No toiletries
Had to beg for clean / dry towels
Sink and shower hardware gross, Shower was mostly inoperable, no drain stoppers!
Hot water was a joke

Pros:

Location is walking distance to the lake, dog park and restaurants.

Cons:

Old , and dirty. Needs a complete overhaul. Shower didn’t work. Stains on carpet. Microwave was falling apart. Television turned on but no volume Just very old and run down.

Cons:

Very outdated. I was there for over a week and never had my room cleaned or fresh towels brought. The entire building smelt of smoke. Wasn’t very clean, my room looked to be basically wiped over but there was food particles and dirt in some areas of the room. Needed a real cleaning.

Horrible want a full refund .
Pros:

The staff and saying they would resolve my concerns. But have yet to receive a call from the management I briefly spoke while there she showed concern the room was extremely bad due to the previous guest

Cons:

Room wreaked of smoke wasn’t cleaned dog hair on the furniture I have pictures almost vomited multiple times due to the smell it was distrusting no sleep left early as we could could not breathe it was so bad .

Location is the only thing that was convenient.

Cons:

The hotel was dirty and outdated. The photos online show renovation but apparently only a few rooms out of 4 floors are. So it was very run down.
Tried to get fresh towels and they had none. Never experienced that before.
