The grounds were unkept. Trash and weeds. The carpet was soiled. The overall smell of the hotel was nauseous. It was a pet friendly hotel and it was obvious-no odor control. One of the most reasonable places in town. You get what you pay for.

It was just miserable!

Bathroom floors were filthy; tub dripped all night even though we never used it; pillows were so small and barely filled with any stuffing; barely any soundproofing between rooms-especially from upper floor.

Having a place to sleep for 2 nights.

Cons:

-The first room we had (4th floor) had cigarette ashes on the bed and turned my sons hands BLACK. That whole floor was also stinky.
-The whole parking area was covered in dead weeds,overgrown brush....
-The boxsprings for both queen beds were broken leaving us falling out of the beds.
-mini fridge leaked......
-Inadequate parking and lighting at night

Had bugs, light bulbs missing, smoke alarm missing half. Tub was terrible and huge chunks missing out of it. Place smelled so bad and front looked like it had never been cleaned up. Looked like a flea bag rat motel for 80 bucks a night.

The bed was old and bad, no breakfast, no Ice machine and the sliding glass door would not lock and this was the second room they had to move me to the first room they put me in the water in the sink would not shut off and the TV had no volume. I would not go back!!!

I like this place but they can do better.
Pros:

I like that the location is walking distance from the event I was in town for, and another I hope to do next year (schedule conflict this year). This is the first time I've had a room with a balcony and Oh My, what a view (downriver) and after sunset there's very little light from outside - at least until the moon came up.

Cons:

Housekeeping could do a little better, I had no towels in my room and the lights switches on the walls don't seem to do anything.
