Very friendly and helpful staff, comfortable beds, spacious bathroom, updated decor. The location could have been noisy, but our room was very quiet (possibly because the window faced the building next door, but that’s a compromise I’m happy to make). Good location with both Centro and Roma Norte about a 30-40 minute walk.
We arrived late Saturday night, and the immediate neighborhood felt a little desolate until about Weds. But then it got more lively each day. The breakfast is elaborate, but expensive for the area — we ate there once but didn’t include it as part of our rate.
During my stay from December 20 to December 21, 2025, the room had a persistent mold odor, water leaks from the ceiling with visible stains, and continuous dripping during the night. There was also excessive noise from music at the bar until around 2:00 a.m., making it impossible to rest. I immediately requested a room change, but the hotel was fully booked. The following day, they offered a free breakfast and a room change, but we declined both due to health and safety concerns and decided to move to another hotel.
I also requested a full refund at the reception and by email, but I am still waiting for a response. The situation was also reported to Booking.com, but according to the platform, they have not yet received a response from the hotel regarding authorization for a possible refund. I have photos and videos as evidence.
Durante mi estancia del 20 al 21 de diciembre de 2025, la habitación presentó un olor persistente a moho, filtraciones de agua desde el techo con manchas visibles y goteo constante durante la noche. Además, había ruido excesivo de música proveniente del bar hasta alrededor de las 2:00 a. m., lo que hacía imposible descansar. Solicité inmediatamente un cambio de habitación, pero el hotel estaba completamente lleno. Al día siguiente, ofrecieron desayuno gratis y un cambio de habitación, pero rechazamos ambos por preocupaciones de salud y seguridad y decidimos trasladarnos a otro hotel.
También solicité un reembolso completo en la recepción y por correo electrónico, pero todavía estoy esperando una respuesta. La situación también fue reportada a Booking.com, pero según la plataforma, aún no han recibido respuesta del hotel sobre la autorización de un posible reembolso. Cuento con fotografías y videos como evidencia.

The location is really nice and the staff is very welcoming. They managed to change my room from the 1st floor to the 7th to enjoy a better view.
