The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel was quite nice with a restaurant and a small cafe.
On the morning we were checking out, there was no hot water for showers in all three rooms we booked. I suspect they turned off the hot water too early knowing we were leaving. We complained and they comped us with breakfast.
Clean and well located. Room was fairly large and the bed was comfortable.
It was too warm. The a/c took hours to get even slightly cool. We asked for a fan on the second day and that made things much better.

El personal del hotel es increíblemente amable y servicial. La ubicación es muy buena, relativamente cerca del Ángel de la Independencia. Se puede caminar el área sin problema, es un área muy tranquila y segura.
Había zancudos (mosquitos) en el lobby e inluso en nuestra habitación se coló 1 durante nuestra estancia. No amerita reducir la calificación del hotel pero es algo que, de ser persistente, sería bueno que pusieran atención.

El tamaño de las habitaciones es reducido y no limpiaron mi habitación durante la estancia (corta). El aire acondicionado no se podía regular.
El desayuno era espectacular, a todo el que quiera reservar le recomiendo 100% tomar el desayuno incluido, es lo mejor y le ahorra tiempo y dinero a salir a buscar boberías, el buffet es variado y la comida es realmente buena, nunca nos cayó mal. El personal super amable y todo limpio. En general a la experiencia le doy un 10/10.
El hotel es viejo, sin embargo, eso no afecta su calidad. Si hicieran unas cuantas remodelaciones para adecuar un poco el hotel así quieran mantener su esencia de antiguo, sería genial. Es lo único que tengo para observar.

La puerta de entrada hace su funcion, la cadena del cerrojo se cayo y por la cantidad de barrenos parece ser algo frecuente esteticamente ya no estan al nivel, colgadores para las toallas de manos no hay.
Me encantó el excelente servicio que ofrece el hotel. Todo el personal se caracteriza por su amabilidad, siempre con una sonrisa y dispuestos a ayudar en todo momento.
Realmente me asombró la calidad del servicio, ya que es algo muy difícil de encontrar en otros hoteles. Los felicito.
Tengo dos observaciones que podrían ayudar a mejorar la experiencia:
En mi habitación había un olor fuerte, especialmente en el baño. Considero que podría deberse a un tema de mantenimiento en la cañería, ya que fue necesario mantener la ventana abierta constantemente.
Sería recomendable mejorar la calidad de las almohadas, especialmente para huéspedes con estancias largas.
Me alojé en la habitación 806, para que puedan revisarlo y evitar que esto afecte la experiencia de futuros huéspedes.

Es un hotel de mucha tradición en Ciudad de México , está muy bien ubicado , el personal es muy atento y siempre dispuestos a colaborar al huésped
Las habitaciones son pequeñas y un poco estrechas para movilizarse con equipaje , falta algo de mantenimiento
el desayuno es muy variado y la ubicación es muy buena
sinceramente el hotel no me gusto nada! apenas llegamos nos dijeron que no tenían nuestras habitaciones listas y nos ubicaron en una habitación con dos camas dobles. a pesar de que es incomodo desempacar y volver a empacar para hacer el cambio aceptamos. pero al día siguiente cuando nos cambiaron fue a un cuarto diminuto, con una cama doble que sinceramente es para una sola persona no es para dos. asi que es demasiado incomodo.
adicional dejamos unos cargadores en la habitación cuando nos toco hacer el cambio y fue un enredo para que los devolvieran, y no quisieron llevarlos hasta habitación nos hicieron ir hasta la recepción
también la recepción del hotel constantemente olía horrible! y en el cuarto también siempre había un olor a tubería muy fuete. sinceramente no me volvería a alojar en este hotel.
