Que no tuviera desayuno gratis como en Chile
El personal es 10/10, con su calidad humana hacen de la estancia un gran lugar. La comida del desayuno me encantó, otro punto de diferenciación. La ubicación es muy buena.
Ya es hora que el hotel reciba una remodelación. De resto, es un gran lugar para quedarse. Solo hay que tener claras las expectativas.

La comida.
La ubicación es excelente y las instalaciones en general están bastante bien. Los cuartos son pequeños, pero están bonitos y son muy cómodos. El restaurante en el piso 1 tiene muy buena comida. Desayunamos ahí dos de los 4 días que estuvimos ahí y el buffet está muy rico. Definitivamente nos volveríamos a quedar ahí.
Lo único que no me encantó es que la alfombra del pasillo en el piso 9, donde nos quedamos, olía un poco a humedad y las camas son matrimoniales. Nos dijeron en la recepción que casi todas las habitaciones tienen ese tipo de camas.
