GREAT PLACE TO STAY!!!!
Pros:

What a great experience! Rooms were spacious, modern and clean. Really like the convenience of parking right outside your door (no hauling luggage up elevators and down long hallways). Staff was incredibly helpful and kind. The price was VERY RIGHT!!! Stayed twice, once on our way to CA and once on our way back. Just missed the Mardi Gras parade, checked in 10 minutes after it finished up. Looked like a GREAT time. The hotel is just a couple of blocks from beautiful downtown Manitou Springs, and what a great little scenic town. Really loved the whole experience in Manitou Springs and would love to come back sometime and spend a few days - especially if we are lucky enough to score a room at the Villa Motel!

Great family run motel for your Manitou Springs visit
Pros:

Very convenient location to walk to Manitou Springs. Staff were very helpful with information about the town. Room was super clean & quiet. Very easy access to the highway to go east to Colorado Springs or west to Woodland Park. Close to Garden of the Gods as well.

Enjoyed my time in Manitou Springs and the Villa Motel made it easy to enjoy
Pros:

Two nights just there to sleep basically. Loc was great as my friends were on the 700 blk of Manitou Ave. Front desk clerk, Rey I believe, was exceptional. Very friendly and personable. If I come back I'm gonna try to book my stay at the Villa

Pros:

Didn't have the breakfast, but was nice they had it available. Rooms were very quiet, parking lot was full, but seems like enough for everyone!! Room was nice and cool, clean and comfortable. Bed was AMAZING, could have stayed another week.

Cons:

Think it was really perfect, no downfalls.

The price was the initial attraction, and the villa motel was a great stay.
Pros:

I liked that it was close in town. Very close to the spa across the street. Very quiet and good sleeping.

Wonderful stay in a great location
Pros:

Excellent location, it’s close to the downtown area and especially close to the shuttles pick up location to go to the manitou incline. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Coffee pot was located by sink where we brushed our teeth. We easily moved it to the desk in the sleeping area. No big deal!
