Incredible staff, great location and comfortable rooms.
Pros:

The location was great with the free Manitou Shuttle stop right outside the door for those with some mobility issues.
For those who wish to walk, everything was within distance - and a lovely town to walk in.
The staff were great, so friendly and helpful - they really do treat you like old friends.

Cons:

The hot tub wasn't very bubbly - although it was lovely to sit in.
I would also appreciate more options for breakfast - something hot and perhaps cereal. But, it is very clear on booking that this is not available and I am not sure where they would put it anyhow.

It was a one night sleep and go even though we did get the King with the jacuzzi
Pros:

Very close to the Sun Water Spa. Somewhat clean. Friendly employees.

Cons:

The 3rd sheet and the bed itself had bad yellow stains. And they put way over used ripped black wash clothes in the bathroom. Trying to be decorative, holding their face wash, bar of soap & lotion. Not usable that’s for sure.

Pros:

Cleanliness of the room and size were excellent. Bed was comfortable.

Cons:

August is a busy tourist time in Manitou Springs and situated on the main drag on a Friday night is a bit noisy until midnight. But I knew that going in and chose to stay here for the location to what I wanted to do on Saturday.
