Pros:

Older hotel, it was clean and the location was perfect.

Cons:

The "continental breakfast" was very limited. Pre packaged muffins, danish, bananas, hard boiled eggs and no lounge. No extra toilet paper except what was on the roll. I probably would not stay again.

nice big room free parking. pool and hot tub,, guest laundry (a mus when on road trips)

My 8 year old son and I stay in Manitou 1-2 times every month. The BEST motel we've stayed at.
Pros:

Clean. Spacious. Comfortable furniture and bedding. Phenomenal lobby staff. Amazing, if not generous breakfast variety. Quiet, calm environment and atmosphere. Location is a 10-15 walk up to the heart of Manitou, give or take.

Cons:

I enjoyed everything.
