Likte rommet og flott personalet som jobbet i resepsjonen. Middagen var god, men lang ventetid.

Cons:

En skuffelse var en ukoselig restaurant. Lite betjening der. Null service da vi spiste middag. Ga opp å skulle bestille desær, ingen som servet oss.

Northern comfort and quietness
Pros:

We didn’t manage to get to the Lofoten Islands due to weather conditions and had to stay in Narvik and that hotel appeared to be a real discovery for us. The quality/price ratio for the North of Norway is superb! It is located a bit uphill next to the mountain ski slope.
The hotel is modern, clean and the staff is friendly and polite. We have got a spacious room with a balcony. There were a kettle and tea/coffee, a hairdryer, a TV in the room. The hotel provides diverse and nutritious breakfasts.
A supermarket is just across the road.
If ever in Narvik we will definitely stay here again.

Cons:

The dining room can be busy at times so perhaps the hotel is understaffed.
It might work better if there were a trolley in the dining room to let customers place dirty dishes themselves to get the tables vacant for the subsequent guests.

Maten og stor parkering plass.

Cons:

Kaldt i hele lokale, lytt fra gangen, forvirrende å finn utgangen fra rommet, dyrt parkering, vanskelig å finne rett telefonnummer og få tak i dem på telefon. Hva ikke noen plass å henge opp finklær i rommet.
