Require renovation
Comfortable beds with comfy mattresses and pillows
Very quiet, and clean.
At the front desk, they said they will give us the receipt at check out. When we checked out, they said they will e-mail us. After 24 hours we are still waiting for the receipt.
Facility very clean, staff very friendly.
I didn't like that the curtains in the room didn't close all the way. Just the sheer over the windows, I still feel like people can see in. Also light coming through in the morning if wanting to sleep in.

Bed was super comfortable!
This is a hotel my family and I frequent when we come into town. I love the location and I love the room that we always get which is the king room suite with the pull-out couch for our children to sleep on.
The mirror in the bathroom had handprints on them, the body wash was completely out and I did not discover that until the morning of check out. The mirror in the living room area also had smudges on it. The microwave was dirty and greasy and was not cleaned either.
Hotel accommodations were great with one of the most comfortable mattresses I have slept on. Very nice facility.
Des Moines…… great hotel. It’s in a good location close proximity to stores and restaurants. Not to noisy nice small pool and gym area.
Our room was quiet &clean and the breakfast was good. Walking distance to Outback Steakhouse was nice.

I think it’s with all hotels but I’m in a wheelchair it’d be nice to have accessible room closer to the elevators or no carpet in the halls or a thinner carpet
