Facility was clean.
It was extremely hot weather. We travelled for work. But when we returned to the hotel and desperately needed to shower after a long hot day of work, the hydro went out and did not come back on until after midnight. So neither myself or any of my co-workers were able to shower. I do not understand why this facility would not have a standby generator.
The air conditioning is loud
Beautiful view, from the room and restaurant access to waterfront! The pool is nice too.
Charge for parking when there’s plenty of it! Ontario residents shouldn’t be taxed! The travel tax.
The location is beautiful especially if the weather is cooperating. It was a wet and cool weekend for our stay, plus there was a power outage.

Stayed inin309 security light irritating. Thxs
The room faced the lake and the balcony
The chairs on the balcony were covered in bird crap, which I complained about immediately, but nothing was done to rectify the situation
The view.
The room. The lack of cleanliness and safety.
The inconsistencies with the staff information and processes.
Poor resolve from manager it simple acknowledgement of the front desk issues.
The surroundings were absolutely amazing
Nothing, all was really nice
The location.
The rate I paid through Booking.com was outrageously overpriced. When I raised this with the staff, they said there was no recourse because I didn’t book with the hotel directly. This makes me question the value of online booking. The complimentary breakfast need not have been offered as most items and plates and cutlery were not replenished in a timely manner.
view of Lake Ontario and marina was beautiful. Happy hour in restaurant. The room had a very comfortable King bed
No closet in room. The bathroom could be updated.
Worst hotel stay possible.really don’t know and understand, How the hotel management appointed someone like Nick ( hotel manger ) ??
Ample parking, beautiful view and very friendly, helpful and courteous staff- Sylvia as usual exceeded expectations! The view from the room on a bright sunny day was awesome. The food at the restaurant in terms of price, selection, presentation, service and taste was great!!!!
Departure!
The ac units thermostat was off - it wouldn’t stay at a consistent temperature. And the shower head was awful, very little water preasure.
Booking.com only posted the positive part of my review which is very sneaky and dishonest. The room next door was being renovated and there was drilling and loud banging. We asked for fresh towels and didn't get them. The ice machine was broken. The view was sensational. It's affordable.
The loud banging from renovations in the room next door. Spoiled what would have been a lovely visit.
The location was perfect for our needs as we were attending a function in The Restaurant. The two queen beds was nice to have and the room was spacious.. the small complementary breakfast was a nice bonus surprise.
The room was freezing cold when we arrived, and the weather didn’t warrant it. It was late May, and the weather was unseasonably chilly. It took a long time to get the room to a comfortable temperature.
