The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with a beautiful view. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, making our stay even more enjoyable.

Cons:

I wish the swimming pool had been heated, as that would have made the experience more enjoyable. I also would have appreciated a richer continental breakfast with more variety.

Excelente para una estancia relajada y de disfrute.
Pros:

Excelentes las habitaciones y las vistas del lago desde el balcón.

Cons:

La piscina no es climatizada y claramente estaba fría. Y el desayuno podría ser mejor por la tarifa que se paga. Por lo mismo, podrían limpiar y ordenar la habitación todos los días y no cada dos.

Just one night while traveling. Adequate for the price for sure.
Pros:

Location is lovely. I loved looking right out at the marina and the lake.

Cons:

Could use some updating in the room. 1. There was no stopper of any kind for the sink drain so you could lose anything down there. 2. not much place to put anything in the bathroom. 3. my husband couldn't find an outlet by the bed for his breathing machine 4 . no cups? 5. time to switch to shampoo and body wash in big containers that stay in the shower rather than those little bottles.

I want to forget.
Pros:

Cons:

For the high price you pay for this hotel it is very mediocre and very dated. I was told the price was $435.00 minus $115.00 for damage deposit so the final price should have been $320.00, next day i look at my visa bill and I have been charged $547.28, don't know why but now I've got to spend time on the phone and correct this. Thank you very much! I hope someone there will get back to me a.s.a.p. Don't think i will stay here any time soon.

We enjoyed our third stay there.
Pros:

Location, The lake front view, the porch, the mattress, the room comfort, the restaurant all the updates, the wonderful staff, the morning snack.

Cons:

There are still some updates we are looking forward to. The potential is excellent.
