Great deal for location, comfortable beds and pretty views
Pros:

They continue to upgrade rooms, still need to finish areas such as furniture, floor heating base boards etc. Great location and rooms overlooking Lake Ontario, the Marina very nice!

Cons:

Outside balcony needed cleaning, and no privacy between the rooms (all one long balcony) no side tables inside or outside. Be aware no elevator for anyone with mobility challenges.

We had a great few days
Pros:

It was modern, comfortable and clean. Beautiful views of the lake. Excellent location from where to explore the area
Loved the fact that the room had a balcony and was accessible

Our stay was very comfortable! The breakfast was very satisfying and a nice surprise.
Pros:

The room was clean. The view was fantastic and surprised there was no traffic noise because the parking lot was VERY noisy. The bed was very comfortable and fresh smelling, loved the bed spread! Will be back.

Cons:

The chlorine smell when we walked in the door, I know it can’t be helped.

Everything was great except staff

Cons:

The staff was charging me over when i went to check out the staff was charging extra 100 dollars so i explain everything and then after sometime they charged me right 0/10

Located in a beautiful and well situated area, but it really loses value in the details.
Pros:

The location is a beautiful spot, it has a very beautiful view.

Cons:

The first impression when driving to the property is that it’s an upscale location. But once you get out of the car, you notice the bushes aren’t trimmed, the windows in the foyer are partly cloudy, there are some odd smells in certain areas. The rooms could really use a refresh- the bathroom faucets as well.

With a bit more attention to the details, this property could really shine.
