Good value, good but noisy location, small but nice room, great breakfast
Pros:

Good location for Union Square and getting to the piers. Easy taxi ride to other areas. Room was clean and has everything needed. Breakfast was great - unfussy but just what was needed. Nice little tapas restaurant on site with a bar.

Cons:

Really just one thing - the noise. I was at the front and the street noise was very, very loud. The windows are single pane and in fact, mine was slightly damaged so there was an open channel to the outside. The street was incredibly noisy.

Excellent mid range budget hotel which served our needs
Pros:

The property has a central location and in a traditional style, the bed was comfortable, breakfast was adequate and staff were friendly.

Cons:

The noise outside throughout the night and early morning , the noise felt like the windows were open it was so loud, we had little sleep in 3 nights.

Poor sound insulation. Toilet light and ventilation is on motion sensor (turns off after a while) - floor is usually still wet next morning. Power points were awkwardly location

Pros:

La struttura è in una buona posizione, il personale è stato cordiale e gli ambienti comuni erano puliti.
Colazione soddisfacente con diverse proposte.

Cons:

La camera era molto piccola, pur quanto avessimo prenotato una King. La pulizia era discreta; ma non del tutto soddisfacente. In 2 occasioni il letto non era stato ripristinato, i cestini non erano stati svuotati ed il pavimento non era stato pulito.
Il materasso era datato in quanto, da un lato, era letteralmente sformato. Come comfort non è stato il massimo. Potrebbe essere migliorato notevolmente.

The breakfast was bad. Choices of bread, bagel or sweet packaged kolache, wrapped cheddar and cold hard boiled eggs. Coffee machine was broken after the first day we were there of 4 days and the alternative was instant coffee

Nice little hotel in San Francisco
Pros:

Rooms were adequate for our needs, location was good, about a 20 minute walk to the piers (up some fun hills 😊). Took car for parking $58 a day, returned when we requested it

Cons:

Breakfast was a bit basic, coffee kept running out.
