They try to do everything as much as possible with attention to each guest, pleasantly surprised that they even remember what kind of coffee I drank in previous visits! I would like to mention the reception staff above and beyond! Thank you very much ! Everything was handled with extraordinary kindness and speed! The manager was kind and attentive, you can feel his attentive presence and attention to each guest at all times! Checked in early, the room was changed at my first request' I am delighted and grateful! I recommend this place from the bottom of my heart! And I'll be back soon !

Ein kleines aber feines Hotel etwas abseits vom großen Trubel, aber zentral genug gelegen, um Mailand bequem zu erkunden. Sehr freundliches Personal, guter Service, sehr saubere Zimmer. Auch das Frühstück ließ keine Wünsche offen.

Perfect Stay
Pros:

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Casati 18! The staff went above and beyond with any need and request. The breakfast variety was great. I was upgraded and the room was renovated, quite stylish and very clean. I was very comfortable overall and would definitely stay here again.

A wonderful stay with excellent service, comfort, and a perfect location.
Pros:

The exceptional friendliness of the staff, the stylish and clean rooms, and the rich, delicious breakfast made my stay truly enjoyable. The location was perfect as well — close to the center, next to a metro station, and surrounded by great spots for breakfast, food, and wine.

Cons:

Nothing — everything was excellent and made for a wonderful stay.
