Great hotel for getting out and about in Milsn
Pros:

Recently renovated hotel with excellent staff. Quiet with huge bathrooms. Stylish and elegantly furnished. Great restaurants and coffee shops and conveniently situated between railway station and main centre of Milan.

An exceptional stay with outstanding service, wonderful breakfast, and elegant Milanese charm

WorldHotel Casati 18 was the best hotel of our trip in Italy.

My girlfriend and I care about four things when staying at a hotel: food, sleep, people (staff), and atmosphere. After staying at the hotel for more than five nights, I can confidently say that WorldHotel Casati 18 exceeded our expectations.

All levels of staff were truly amazing—thoughtful, professional, and genuinely helpful. From the moment we stepped out of our taxi, the staff immediately came to assist us with our luggage. The reception team was warm and professional, and they carefully met our room requests: a quiet, clean room with a firm mattress. The restaurant staff were equally wonderful—always attentive, proactive, and happy to help (They offered us warm coffee when we first arrived at the hotel, which felt warm and comforting after 22 hours on the plane).

The atmosphere of the hotel is magnificent. The décor, the overall vibe, and the sense of discreet elegance perfectly reflect the character of the city of Milan.

As for breakfast, I would say it was the best breakfast of our entire trip in Italy. We traveled from Milan to Verona, Venice, Florence, and Rome, and compared to the other hotels we stayed at, the breakfast at Casati 18 stood out. The selection was generous, the food was clean and well-prepared, and there was a wide variety of choices. We enjoyed a large breakfast every day simply because the quality was so good.

What I truly loved about this hotel is the attention to detail. We stayed in a King Executive Room, listed as 24 square meters on the website, but the layout and design made it feel noticeably more spacious. The bathroom was large, and even the sink design impressed us—it was deep and practical, preventing water from splashing everywhere. The warm color palette of the room created a very comfortable and relaxing atmosphere.

This was our first stay at WorldHotel Casati 18, and when we return to Milan for shopping next years, we will definitely stay here again.
