Een geweldig hotel op een goede locatie
Pros:

Een mooi hotel, we kregen een upgrade van de kamer. Heel ruim en een heerlijk bed.
Het ontbijtbuffet was erg uitgebreid en smakelijk. En de koffie was heerlijk, maar dat kun je verwachten in Milaan

I won’t stay in this hotel again
Pros:

Initially my room was not good but after i complained i was offered an upgrade and my new room was clean and renovated

Cons:

I stayed during Olympics, price was very high for the standard room that turned out to be very small , outdated and without soundproof. I heard every word of my neighbor said . After numerous complaints I was moved and upgraded. I only chose this hotel because other ones were unavailable during Olympic Games

Viel Komfort und Leistung für den Preis
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt nur 10 Gehminuten vom Hauptbahnhof entfernt. Geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Zimmer, sehr bequeme Betten, alles in allem gehobener Standard. Alles immer sehr sauber. Am Kontinentalfrühstück gibt es nichts auszusetzen. Wir können das Hotel nur weiterempfehlen.
