Great location, amazing staff, safe and central location. Will
Pros:

Property was well appointed, relatively clean, in a good location and easy walking distance to Milano Centrale and shopping district. Good restaurants nearby. Lifts in the hotel. Great safe. Great air conditioning and mini fridge.

Cons:

A little bit of mould in the silicone in bathroom and a small amount of repair needed in the room. Trrrible pillows.

Comfortable, stylish hotel with everything you need for a great stay.
Pros:

Room was extremely well laid out and spacious. Staff were helpful - we needed a slightly later checkout and they made this work. Breakfast was tasty and easy to navigate

Cons:

Location felt a little rough - loads of graffiti on the beautiful historic buildings around which is such a shame. Hotel was a little further from the Duomo that I thought - my fault entirely.
