Clean room and good breakfast. Great staff.

The room was not as advertised.
Extremely filthy carpet. The was a hole in the wall that was fixed. Very underwhelming experience. For the money they are charging the minimum expectation is cleanliness. If i could i would ask for the refund.

I could enjoy staying with my family. We are satisfied with the room and hospitality. I think it's a good point that breakfast starts at 6:30. I think they understand what the need of visitor is. I have only one point to improve preparing for lots of crepes.

Booked several rooms for the family and received a selection of different sized rooms. One of 3 was very petit but all were clean and had fresh decor. The service was outstanding and friendly.

Personnel très accueillant, chambre propre, au calme. Bon petit-déjeuner. Bon emplacement pour la gare de l'est et à une dizaine de minutes à pied de plusieurs théâtres.

The organization of the breakfast buffet was not very efficient. When you e.g. lean over to grab a croissant, you automatically touch the bread with your shirt. This is not good at all.
The lady at the breakfest buffet was very friendly and corteous even though she was under permanent pressure. When I looked into the kitchen I saw that the kitchen personal is not able to stand straight in front of the sink. I doubt that this is allowed in terms of worker health&safety - at least in my home country this wouldn't be allowed.

About an hour after we checked into our room we had a couple coming in the room. Obviously a mistake and they were as surprised as we were. In the end nothing happened but you never know if we hadn‘t been there if any of our stuff would‘ve gone missing. Other than that it‘s close to Gare de l‘est and the employee that attended us was a real nice person!

Clean and comfortable rooms which are basic but enough to act as a base for exploring Paris. Really well located.

Check in process was fine, our room was small but had what was needed. The problems started when we turned the aircon on and all we could smell was cannabis. It took a long time to air out the room to remove the smell. Our key card also stopped working on the second day which was frustrating, it was sorted quickly once I spoke to staff but I had to queue some time to speak to staff. The breakfast I would not recommend, there was barely any food and no glasses or mugs for drinks. It took about 15-20 minutes for a member of staff to be sighted in the breakfast room so more plates, mugs, glasses and cutlery could be put out as there were none. There was also very limited food for a prolonged period as staff were not present to keep it stocked. All in all the stay was okay for what we needed as we planned to be out but the service overall was very poor for the price that is asked.

Ideal hotel for a group of people, we have used the hotel many times before for the Six Nations. Given that the hotel is basically used for sleeping and washing it fits the bill perfectly with good access to the metro and a nice bar, Ville de Provins, at the road end

This hotel is very conveniently placed within a few minutes walk of Gare de l'est and Gare du Nord. The rooms are comfortable, the breakfasts are excellent and the staff is friendly and helpful. Definitely recommended if you're travelling by train. There are good cafes and restaurants and a mini market in the immediate area. Would definitely stay there again.
