A damage deposit of AUD 200 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.

Please note that this property has a strict 'No Party Policy' and noise restrictions apply. Only registered guests are permitted on the property after 22:00. Failure to comply with property policies may result in the eviction of guests and the loss of any deposits or payments made. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. The legal guardian must provide a current photo ID or proof of guardianship if requested upon check-in. Please note that this property does not have any policies, procedures or resources in place to accommodate the unique needs of school graduates during the annual 'Schoolies Week' period. Please note that accommodation is serviced once a week. As part of our ongoing commitment to improve and maintain our facilities, BreakFree Peninsula is undertaking maintenance works to the grounds, leisure facilities and carpark. Primary works have commenced. Although parking is still available, the car park is affected by support structures in both car parks which has changed the direction the vehicles drive. During this time, there will be no access to the outdoor pools and BBQ area as works are underway, however please note, you will have access during this time to our indoor pool. Secondary works will commence mid August. During this time, there will be no access to the indoor pool, gym, sauna and indoor amenities, however please note, you will have access during this time to the outdoor pool and new BBQ areas. This property does not accept group bookings (2 rooms or more). Any group reservations will be reviewed by the property and may be subject to cancellation without notice. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause and thank you for your patience and understanding during this time.
Maintenance Notice: Please be advised that concrete repair work on balconies will take place from October 16, 2024, to February 13, 2025. During this period, there will be considerable noise. We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.

Can’t really give any stars for this review as we booked threw hotels.com and on the day of leaving home got an email from h.c that the break free peninsula has planned maintenance scheduled and couldn’t stay there. Had option for another hotel or cancel. So took other hotel option( really who wants to be looking for accommodation on the day your leaving for ur trip) so pretty much had no choice to choose that hotel. Don’t understand why a hotel would except accommodation if it had planned maintenance at that time?? It’s a shame because it really looked nice
Unable to access the property for over 3 hours, had to beg the management multiple times over the phone to come and help with accessing the property.
Unable to access Spa and Sauna, management unresponsive
Most things were not working in the apartment
Window left open in bathroom resulted in excessive amounts of bugs. Had to clean it before getting into the property.
