Not worth the price. Costly with low quality service.
Pros:

I like that there were 3 beds so 3 people could fit into.

Cons:

Given such a high price approximately £80 per day, it is north worth it. A couple of reasons: the location is not close to the Barking train station (15 mins walk), limited breakfast options and not so fresh, not all staff were friendly, no water included and the lighting was bad (room was too gloomy).

If the price dropped to £40 per day, then I accept these limitations. But for £80, I rather stay somewhere else even if it means traveling distance to London is long. £80 feels like a ripoff.

Very convenient and at a very affordable price
Pros:

For a conference at the Excel the location was perfect - 10min Uber journey - or if you are driving (and the parking at the hotel was good) you can book a parking place at the Aloft Excel on JustPark - there is also a big Tescos right next door - I'm not sure how many places there are to eat nearby but I had my car so it wasn't an issue - the breakfast looked OK as well - beter than most budget places. All in all the price was really good considering how close you are to the Excel

Cons:

Three coachloads of school kids turned up when I was staying and it was very noisy early evening - this was not the fault of the hotel, more the teachers who seemingly had zero control/respect for where their kids were staying - I understand the front desk said something to the teachers - again, this was not the fault of the hotel
