Greenville Pelham Inn by IHG

Our TV was broken. Our bedframe was sharp and I cut myself on it and bled on the sheets. I had to get bandaids from the front desk. We checked out at 8pm the day we checked in.

Good price and overall clean. Staff is friendly and helpful and pleasant to talk to.

Beds very uncomfortable

I came here for a work function. I left for my meeting and when I got back my key wouldn’t work. The guy at the counter told me I had to pay another day because I was suppose to check out. Showed him my receipt and itinerary and he looked some stuff up and said I was correct. Didn’t enjoy his attitude when I told him I couldn’t get into my room. Wouldn’t stay here again but it is close to the airport and freeway. Old building but water was hot and air conditioner works even though you can’t set it too low.

Great property. Bathroom was a little dingy looking needed caulk replaced around shower. Hotel was close to a lot of restaurants. My family enjoyed their stay.

Comfortable affordable

The toilet seat wasnt secure and when I asked for it to be fixed they didn't bother. The motel was close to the convention center which was nice. The property could be updated.

Reviews and pictures were not true hallway rugs were filthy and the property stank of cigarette smoke

i didn’t happen to stay because my room wasn’t what i paid for online it smelled funny it was parts of the room that was rotten and molding and overall i didn’t like my stay at all which cause me to leave the same day instead of the next morning like my initial checkout was supposed to be

Power was out first night, door lock didn't work properly. Told them about it, they did NOT fix it

The room I stayed in was not cleaned. There were dead roaches on the floor and a live one in my bed. I had to go to the front twice for a plunger as the slightest amount of toilet paper clogged up the toilet

Clean room, very spacious and very polite staff. Advertisement said pool, but there was no pool on the property.

Customer service was excellent as well as rooms, no bed bugs and no smelly odors

Eveything was clean. Staff was very fry.

Very helpful check in staff - the gentleman let me view 3 rooms so I could find one that wasnt noisy. Please note, this property is adjacent to a freeway so pick a room away from the noise. Disappointed the breakfast wasnt included, I was told it wasnt available at this time. very close to airport.

There was a bed bug.

The WORST hotel stay I’ve EVER experienced. Grounds workers running weed wackers and chain saws right outside my window in the first floor. Had to get up at 3am to catch a flight so all I needed was a quiet room-MOT HAPPENING! Finally at almost 9pm I couldn’t take it anymore and went to the front desk and told the manager. It did stop shortly thereafter but very unacceptable.

Room has strong cleaning liquid smell.
