Pros:

Newly renovated rooms and staff were very nice close to college Ave and many shopping places

Cons:

Pictures made rooms look bigger. Yes it’s called Microtel. But without description that rooms are very tiny you wouldn’t notice until you’re in them absolutely no space to walk. They made do.

When under construction, sites should probably be closed until completion for a better experience to the customer.

Cons:

I was harassed about my service dog. The extra security lock on my door was falling off, the toiletries were partially used and mismatched. There was not a blanket, just two sheets. Rude staff.

Pros:

The staff was friendly. I liked the quaintness of the room...I loved the little cushion on the shelf by the window!

Cons:

When I went to take a shower, I pulled the shower curtain shut and there was a used washcloth up on the shower curtain rod.
