Pros:

My room was $58 before taxes. There were no amenities, but the room was clean, the bed was comfortable, the hot water adequate. I feel like I got what I paid for

Roach motel, cat urine and meth in the air, filthy walls

That it was close to my children's school, the cleaning staff were always helpful, professional, and nice to my children and I

Cons:

I didn't like the fact that they had roaches, the walls were filthy, the air is very stale, the halls smelled of cat urine and crystal meth, there was black mold around the windows the front desk staff was unfriendly also unprofessional the manager was dismissive the front desk staff were constantly on their phones I would greet them every morning and they wouldn't ever respond back I am a mother with 7 children and currently displaced so we are already going through a lot and they did not make it any better they also lied about having a pool
