Great hotel but room was a little sad - the bathroom in particular
Pros:

Great location, perfect for where I was working. the building was very cool and staff were very friendly and helpful

Cons:

The bed was very lumpy, the bathroom was in need of updating and maintenance. Shower was very poor and toilet didn't flush well at all :(

Pleasurable and quiet.
Pros:

Have stayed on a few occassion's previously. I use it because it is a good location for where I am visiting. The staff are always very welcoming and the food is good quality. The rooms are always clean and well presented.

Cons:

The towels are on the small side and a little hard.

Accommodation in large extension about 40 years old tired in decor and many details needing attention such as poor repairs, bathroom bin rusty, bath and basin plug chains both broken, bedroom curtains difficult to slide and impossible to close fully, kettle poorly located and difficult to use...
