le personnel de restauration très attentifs et très discrets et au petit soin . ils apportent vraiment le plus de l hôtel.

petit déjeuner pas trop copieux .pas varier .une salade de fruits aurait été bien surtout au Maroc avec tous les fruits qui ya

Good hotel with pool if you don't want to stay in the medina
Pros:

Location, next door to the train station. Parking for our motorbike in a secure lot within the grounds. Beautiful garden and pool. Reception staff were very welcoming.

Cons:

The room was hot as the a/c didn't work (which we didn't realise until 10pm so we felt it was too late to move rooms), therefore we had to have the window open making it noisy. Not a lot sleep, unfortunately.

Tranquille, sans stress et sans mauvaises surprises
Pros:

L’accueil, la disponibilité et la gentillesse de tout le personnel, de la réception au bar en incluant le personnel s’occupant du nettoyage des chambres et du petit déjeuner. La proximité de la Gare qui est à 100m, le calme, le jardin très bien entretenu avec au milieu une très belle piscine. Un grand bravo au jardinier. Nous avons apprécié la literie et la vue sur le jardin et la piscine. Vraiment c’est le meilleur et de loin rapport qualité prix. Un parking est sur place, les taxis rouges pour la ville et blanc pour l’extérieur, par exemple aéroport sont au pieds de l’hôtel 24 sur 24.

Cons:

Franchement il n’y a rien à dire, l’hôtel faisant partie du groupe Accord, il suit les prestations du groupe.
