Самый близкий отель к жд станции. Идти до него в прямом смысле одну минуту. Что очень удобно если приезжаешь поздно вечером. Номера немного устали, но в целом чтобы переночевать несколько ночей и поехать дальше вполне хорошо. Кровати и подушки удобные, спали мы комфортно. Горячая вода была всегда, напор отличный.

Завтрак шведский стол, все было вкусно, особенно понравились йогурты. И в целом разнообразие блюд достаточное.

Персонал дружелюбный и внимательный. Всегда были готовы прийти на помощь и сделать наше пребывание комфортным и приятным.

The room was clean and warm. The buffet breakfast was good value. I appreciated being allowed to wait for a couple of hours in the lounge before my flight. Room service everyday was good. English speaking staff is very helpful.

Cons:

Staff did their job but definitely didn't go the extra mile.
The weather was very cold and there was no heating on in the restaurant until I asked for it to be turned on.
There is no laundry service, a bar but not staffed a coffee house but it was closed. Chipped crockery in the restaurant. Generally understaffed.
If you just want very basic, then is ok.

Good location, could be a bit cleaner
Pros:

Check-in was easy, it was a great location (two-minute walk to the train station in the morning), breakfast was good and the room was quiet enough.

Cons:

You could tell the floor in the hallways had not been vacuumed for a while and the general cleanliness was kind of low overall. Still, the price was ok and Morocco in general is pretty dirty so, this wasn't too terrible.

le sejour reste limite correct au niveau du service mais sans plus.

généralement hébergement à Ibis est correct. la vue sur la piscine au petit matin est bien.

pas de garage couvert. grande différence de prix entre Booking et surplace. le petit déjeuner n'est pas au niveau de la ville de Fés et son histoire culinaire. plusieurs chaine de TV qui manquent. on est obligé de passer au bar pour commander du café. J’ai annulé un séjour prévu du vendredi 23 au samedi 24 janvier 2026, pour lequel j’avais payé un montant de 427,00 DH via Booking.com. Cette annulation faisait suite à une erreur dans la date de réservation qui aurait du être du vendredi 16 au samedi 17 janvier 2026. Par ailleurs, à mon arrivée à l’hôtel le vendredi 16 janvier 2026, je me suis rendu compte de mon erreur, alors j’ai payé 670,40 DH pour passer la nuit. l'annulation effectuée et les démarches entreprises, je n’ai toujours pas récupéré mon argent à ce jour. L’établissement me renvoie systématiquement vers des réclamations via Booking.com, sans proposer de solution concrète.
