Buena relación calidad-precio y personal muy amable
Pros:

Nuestra estancia en el Ibis Fes fue bastante buena y sinceramente no entendemos algunas reseñas tan negativas que habíamos leído antes de ir. Lo mejor del hotel fue sin duda el trato del personal: los recepcionistas fueron muy simpáticos, agradables y atentos con nosotros durante toda la estancia. La habitación estaba limpia y hacían la limpieza todos los días. El desayuno nos pareció bastante bueno y variado para el precio pagado. La ubicación también es muy cómoda, con muchísimos taxis disponibles cerca del hotel. Además, lo mejor del alojamiento son la piscina y los jardines, que son muy bonitos y tienen unas vistas fantásticas. En general, por la relación calidad-precio, recomendamos el hotel sin problema.

Cons:

El check-in puede resultar un poco tedioso porque hay que rellenar un formulario manualmente. También se nota que el hotel no es nuevo y hay algunos desperfectos o detalles de la habitación que podrían mejorarse. El ascensor parece bastante antiguo y no transmite mucha sensación de seguridad.

Pros:

Nada. Totalmente diferente de las fotos. Aun la ventana cerrada escuchaba ruidos desde dentro. El buffet estaba vacio no habia variedad. No habia nevera

Gostei do atendimento dos funcionários em especial ao garçom RACHID sempre prestativo e sorridente.

Cons:

Não gostei do box do banheiro, sempre q tomava banho escorria água por todo o banheiro e eu era OBRIGADO a enxugar.
