Pros:

La localisation est pile entre la vieille ville et la gare. On peut tout faire à pied. C'est idéal. Le personnel était très serviable et ils proposaient un service de massage de qualité. La chambre était propre et spacieuse.

Cons:

Le matelas était très inconfortable. Il formait un dôme au milieu et s'enfonçait sur les côtés. Nous n'y sommes restés qu'une nuit alors ça va mais pour plusieurs jours, je ne recommande pas. La salle de bain sentait légèrement la cigarette. Le client précédent avait dû y fumer.

Pros:

soba je bila urejena , tako kot mora biti, ker sma prispela prej so nama povedali, da morama pocakat do dveh in ponudili, da lahko v posebni sobi pustima prtljago.

Cons:

Tuš rabi celo večnost za toplo vodo , moja boljša polovica se je prvič tuširala kar z mrzlo vodo, ker ni vedela, da je treba odpret samo vročo vodo in čakat kakšne 2 minuti , da priteče topla voda. Dvigalo je kljub temu, da je staro le 6 let zelo počasno in rabi celo večnost, da se zapre in recimo prispe iz 4. nadstropja v pritličje.

Najbolj sem bil razočaran nad jakuzijem, ker ta ni delal, oz je verjetno bil v okvari, poklicala sma tudi na recepcijo in vprašala, če je kje kakšno posebno stikalo oz. kaj podobnega, gospa je rekla, ne ve kako se jakuzi vklopi ter da naslednji dan posljejo strica, da pogleda (seveda ta stric ni prišel). Vse bi bilo ok, če bi ponudili vsaj neko kompenzacijo, ker nisma dobila to kar sma plačala.

Hotel is centrally located near to serdica metro station 3 minute walk. Hotel was clean and tidy.

Decor was dated but in good order. My bathroom was tiny but functioned well

Merveilleux séjour à Sofia
Pros:

Emplacement parfait, très proche du centre ville et le personnel était très agréable.

Cons:

La douche était un peu petite, mais très propre c’est le principal.

Alojamiento muy centrico pero mejorable en algunos aspectos
Pros:

La ubicación es lo más destacable del alojamiento ya que está a escasos minutos del centro.

Cons:

Es muy antiguo y en algunas instalaciones como el ascensor se nota. En cuanto a la habitación, el baño tenía olor y las cortinas dejaban pasar mucho la luz, así que en cuanto amanecía costaba dormir.

На 2 дня было нормально, если не быть часто в отеле
Pros:

Понравилось (номер #14):
- месторасположение
- наличие действительно холодящего кондиционера
- кровать вроде нормальная по удобству, но мужу показалась слегка пролежанной к изголовью
- хороший персонал
- наличие временных тапочек, так как отель имеет СПА

Cons:

Не понравилось (номер #14):
- не горит лампа на входе в номере (как бы коридор/прихожая номера) - очень темно там
- гигиенических принадлежностей дали только на 1 ночь вместо двух, пришлось просить дополнительно 
- очень темная комната, и хоть комната и большая, но мебели понаставлено и как бы мало места получается по итогу
- мало осветительных приборов для комнаты с темными стенами
- трамвайные пути рядом и их хорошо слышно - плохая звукоизоляция номера от улицы несмотря на ПВХ окна
- душ немного неудобен
- маленькие мусорки в номере
- медленный лифт, а лестница в неудобном месте
- нет прикроватной розетки с одной из сторон кровати
- шатающаяся дверная ручка

Posizione perfetta.
Pros:

Centralissimo a 200 metri da moschea e mercato coperto. Le cose più interessanti possono essere raggiunte a piedi. Max 15 Min anche chiesa di santa Sofia e basilica Alexander Nevskij. Camera molto ampia e insonorizzata dai rumori esterni. Eccellente rapporto qualità/ prezzo

Good location, 24 hr desk, friendly stuff, everyday cleaning, spa was also good, could be more clean and water little bit cold (water was inside the pool hot). Overall great place to stay.

Pros:

The spa facilities are a major bonus and were our favourite part of our stay. The room was a nice size too and the location is great as it is on one of the main streets.

Cons:

When we went to the spa in the morning, neither the sauna nor the steam room were warm. It seems like these need a good few hours to warm up.
