Musica alta por la noche
Pros:

El spa y la localización, en el centro

Cons:

Muchisimo ruido por la noche. Hay una tienda 24h con la musica a tope. No se pudo descansar bien. Eviten la habitacion 23, en la segunda planta

Comodo e rilassante .
Pros:

Posizione ottimale,servita da mezzi pubblici quali, metropolitana bus e tram..Ottima la spa gratuita.

Cons:

Forse avrebbe bisogno di una rinfrescata, togliere la moquette, dispenser di sapone e shampoo, eliminare i monodose, spesso insufficienti. Per il resto tutto a posto.

Une expérience atypique
Pros:

Nous sommes arrivés assez tard (vers 23h45) et nous avons apprécié pouvoir effectuer le check-in aussi tard. La chambre est assez spacieuse. Les lits étaient assez confortables quoi qu'un peu mou. C'était assez calme. L'ascenseur fait un peu peur. Pour une nuit, ça fait le taff. Nous n'avons malheureusement pas eu le temps de tester le spa. La déco est atypique, presqu'un décor de film. La wifi fonctionnait correctement. Le late check-out !

Cons:

L'immeuble en lui-même paraît assez vieux, la décoration aussi. La personne a l'accueil, bien que sympathique, n'avait pas l'air très pressée de nous accueillir et n'avait pas l'air de bien connaître les restaurants aux alentours, nous en indiquant un qui était fermé (même si pour sa défense, sur Google il était noté ouvert).

Pros:

Staff molto accogliente, Spa molto carina, le camere con lenzuola pulite, la moquette pulita così è così. La cosa più bella di questa struttura è la posizione, ottima per visitare tutto a 5 min a piedi, alcune cose anche meno

Heel goede locatie en geen goed personeel.
Pros:

Top locatie, ruime kamer en heel proper.

Cons:

Te veel lawaai. Onze kamer was van de straat kant dus auto's, trammen en daarbovenop vliegtuigen vlak over de stad.
Personeel was niet vriendelijk. Bijna op alle onze vragen werd er met tegenzin beantwoord. Koffiebar was nog niet open hoewel dat er 10u zeker voorbij was waardoor werden we naar de bakery aan de overkant doorverwijst. Tegen buitenlanders zijn ze wel vriendelijk, mss ga ik volgende keer in het Nederlands moeten klappen....als er een volgend keer is.
