Pros:

Room was clean and had a nice en suite. The staff were lovely and the location is good for the metro or local trains. Some cafes and restaurants nearby.

Cons:

There was some noise from the adjacent rooms and the doors are very loud when they close so not ideal if you have had a late night.

O hotel em si é muito bom! Mas alguns funcionários foram meio rudes.
Pros:

O quarto família é enorme. Chuveiro muito bom! Limpeza nao deixa a desejar também! As camas são bem confortáveis. A estação de metrô fica bem de frente na mesma calçada. Apesar de não ter muita opção de restaurantes perto do hotel, é super prático pegar táxi ou metrô para outros locais. Tem locker se precisar deixar as malas. Não tomamos o café da manhã então não sei da qualidade.

Cons:

Teve um dia pela manhã que estávamos usando as mesas do saguão para tomar café comprado fora, e um funcionário veio falar que não podia, mas não vimos nenhuma regra sobre isso. Assim como a noite outro funcionário 00:00 veio expulsar do saguão falando que não poderia mais ficar e que iam apagar as luzes. Entendo que tinha que fazer silêncio então as crianças foram para o quarto. Mas nunca vi hotel expulsar hóspedes da área comum.

Idealna lokalizacja hotelu
Pros:

Idealna lokalizacja. 10 metrów od wejścia do stacji metra nr 5 Piramides oraz stacji Cercanias C10. Dzięki temu każda wyprawa nawet daleko poza Madryt była sprawna.

Poza tym śniadania były bardzo dobre. Łóżka bardzo wygodne.

Cons:

Trochę źle ustawiony kierunek nawiewu klimatyzacji. Wystarczyłby tylko nawietrznik na środek przedpokoju. Drugi nawietrznik skierowany na łóżko zupełnie nie potrzebny. Ale to drobna niedogodność. Nie psująca ogólnego wrażenia na 10 pkt.

Great option just outside center
Pros:

Location is Great just outside the city center , 20 min walk, metro was just outside the door of the hotel and access was great , Nice and quiet area but alot of facilities close by

Pros:

La posizione è decentrata rispetto alle principali zone turistiche, ma molto comoda per raggiungere il centro e l'aeroporto. L'hotel si trova proprio in corrispondenza ad una fermata di moetropolitana e di vari autobus. La sede dell'Uniersità Carlos III è raggiungibile molto comodamente a piedi in meno di 10 minuti.
