Disappointing given its facilities and location 😔
Pros:

Kaur Singh at the concierge was really great. As were the waiting staff at Cafe Resto, very pleasant and helpful. The chefs make good food and the restaurant is good too.

Cons:

The lady at the reception wasn't very good when we checked in a few days earlier. Not at all helpful until her male colleague intervened and helped us move to a twin room as per our booking. The hotel isnt clean.... alot of dust all over the room that had us keep requesting the housekeeping staff to clean. Which they still did a poor job hence necessitating us to wipe down some areas ourselves. 😌😪

Don't waste your money
Pros:

I wouldn't even recommend coming here. THEY SHOULD PUT A SIGN NO CHILDREN ALLOWED as nothing is accessable for children, why even promote Jacuzzi, gym, spa when only adult can access it. EVEN with parents permission they won't allow it . Just save your money and don't come here. Also very old tv and bathrooms. Even after saying so much they won't clean the room too.

There were ants on the floor the bes is not comfortable and the staff is not helpful at all think 1000000 times before booking this mess i got skin infection because of the ants and bed bugs
