Really bad management and a stinky hotel
Pros:

The housekeeping was top notch.

Cons:

The reception people they were rude and arrogant.

The rooms were bad and firstly they gave us the room which was dirty and the bathroom was stinky.

Disappointed
Pros:

Breakfast was good

Cons:

Two twin beds pushed together different heights, floor was filthy, gray stuff in the bathtub, no tissues, no extra toilet paper, and very little on roll.

Nice relaxed breakfast
Pros:

I was recently around the Patel Nagar area with my wife for an arend after finishing their and I wanted a nice and quiet place to have a relaxed breakfast. I am so glad I choose the coffee shop ads Siddharth hotel. When I reached the breakfast time was over so I ordered ala carte. Anyhow I would have liked ala carte over a buffet. The staff were relaxed and welcoming, these ambience was nice and we had a good breakfast. I would recommend a window tables which provide nice view of the greens outside. I ordered an item called Delhi breakfast and it turns out to be super nice. It had an omelette potato wedges some breads and bacon. Since I am not a fan of bacon I requested that it be changed with chicken and the staff were accommodating and arranged the same with a smile. My wife also enjoyed the experience and now wants to go and try other meal periods.

Disappointing given its facilities and location 😔
Pros:

Kaur Singh at the concierge was really great. As were the waiting staff at Cafe Resto, very pleasant and helpful. The chefs make good food and the restaurant is good too.

Cons:

The lady at the reception wasn't very good when we checked in a few days earlier. Not at all helpful until her male colleague intervened and helped us move to a twin room as per our booking. The hotel isnt clean.... alot of dust all over the room that had us keep requesting the housekeeping staff to clean. Which they still did a poor job hence necessitating us to wipe down some areas ourselves. 😌😪
