No hot water , Hardly water coming in shower tap, towels were old ,
Hotel is good but as comparatively 5 star hotel needs more enhancement. Nisha from reception was very helpful and kind i had an extension stay and when i came to get my keys for room the Front desk was not sure about any information. F&B staff is amazing very welcoming and wonderful. Upon arrival no one was at entrance to assist for luggage. Services can improve a bit more to align with classification of hotel, aswell rooms are renovated but no cabinet in room the structure of cabinet is long but then u can only use one and middle one which is so uncomfortable to use also there is no sense to have that layout then of your room.
- Generally clean and nice smelling lobby.
- Breakfast area and time was great! Very helpful crew especially mr Ashok Sharma and reasonably good food variety.
- House cleaning service: Sandeep (supv - Satiam) very lively & helpful guy. Also another tall guy, can’t recall name, who was as helpful.
- Bathrooms urgently need shower curtains to prevent the shower spray wetting the whole bathroom floor. Makes it dangerously slippery.
- Nice smelling corridors
- Corridors carpets look a bit dated but ok.
- Welcoming crew should be professional in dealing with Uber drivers not go about shouting at them. Uber and auto cabs are assisting YOUR customers enjoy their stay in Delhi who in turn result in good reviews.

I had a wonderful experience at Jaypee Siddharth Hotel thanks to the housekeeping team, especially Sandeep and Shatyam. They are genuinely gentle, polite, and always carry themselves with professionalism. Every corner of the room was spotless and perfectly maintained, which made my stay very comfortable. Their attention to detail and warm attitude really stood out. Truly excellent service — highly recommended!
I am staying at 226 room number and I am fully satisfied from the housekeeping department of the jp hotel Siddharth specially thanks to housekeeping department and Sandeep who clean my room, appreciate the room attendant Sandeep and thanks to Satyam supervisor of that floor and recommended for stay and I am fully satisfied.
