I had a nice stay
Pros:

A little old property!!! Small lobby, carpets are dirty, bathtub had a drain in the middle hit my foot

I am Dheeraj Sharma from Sydney and recently stayed for 3 nights at Jaypee Siddharth Hotel in New Delhi. Overall, I had a pleasant experience. The location is excellent, the food was enjoyable, and the housekeeping staff were very attentive and helpful.
However, I did feel that the reception staff could improve their hospitality. They came across as quite dry and unwelcoming, with no smiles or greetings during interactions. It seemed, at least from my experience, that they were more attentive towards local government officials.
With a more warm and friendly approach at the front desk, the overall guest experience could be significantly enhanced.

The reception and security staff came across as quite dry and unwelcoming—they could really benefit from being more approachable and having a smile on their faces. However, the restaurant staff and housekeeping team were very pleasant and provided a much more positive experience.

Pros:

renovation work going on and lot of dust around. Beaksfast option and quality not as per standard . I am staying in this hotel since 12 years but this time really disappointing . mostly staff is not behaving as professional

Cons:

response of staff and cleanliness . As far as food is concern quality of breakfast is very poor and staff deployed is not trained for five star hotel
However staff at valet/ securty is quite huble and profeesional

Pros:

Very clean throughout. Great breakfast buffet included. Al a cart restaurant good was excellent and included live traditional folk musicians. We took full advantage of the complimentary spa including steam room and sauna. Outdoor swimming pool was refreshing. Staff was very attentive and always there to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. Highly recommend this hotel.
