Pearless hotel kolkata
Pros:

Iconic place in kolkata for stay.Yet one can notice cost cutting in every aspect of the Hotel management like drinking water, toiletries etc which would anyway cost 100 or 200 rs extra,irony is they charge beyond premium and still leave customers to have a bitter aftertaste.

It was a good stay and the location was fantastic. I chose a superior room.

Cons:

Property is showing its age and needs refurbishment. There were water leaks on the sky bridge. The bathrooms needs cleaning as they had a lot of limescale build up.
