Everything is fine
Pros:

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the overall ambiance was pleasant and relaxing. The service was excellent, and every staff member was courteous and professional.

A special thanks to Sunanda from the Front Office for the warm welcome, friendly attitude, and outstanding assistance throughout my stay. Sunanda's professionalism and willingness to help made the experience even more enjoyable.

I truly appreciate the hospitality and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and memorable stay. I look forward to visiting again!

emplacement et petit-déjeuner

Cons:

Nous avions réservé et payé une nuit supplémentaire afin de pouvoir disposer de la chambre dès notre arrivée, l'hôtel ne proposant pas d'early check-in.

Malgré cela, à notre arrivée, la chambre réservée depuis la veille n'était toujours pas prête. Nous avons été installés dans une chambre temporaire qui ne correspondait pas à la catégorie supérieure réservée.

Le soir, on nous a proposé une chambre supérieure avec un seul lit alors que notre réservation prévoyait deux lits. Après réclamation, nous avons finalement obtenu la catégorie réservée, mais mon collègue a dû dormir sur un lit de camp.

Payer une nuit supplémentaire pour garantir la disponibilité de la chambre et se retrouver dans cette situation est inacceptable. Très mauvaise gestion des réservations et organisation défaillante.

Best hotel in kolkata, location is very famous, food quality was good but room service was slow, reception staff Simran and Sujeet, The dosa counter chef was very good , overall good hotel, Will visit again.

Smooth service
Pros:

Great Location, Check in and check out was quick. Room was clean and well maintained. Breakfast and dinner buffet were more than adequate. Overall a good experience for a two day leisure trip to the city of joy.

Pros:

Location is very close to the market, hence noisy. But the metro station is close by so very convenient.

The rooms are clean. But the rooms have not been maintained well. The bathrooms were very smelly. The exhaust in the bathrooms didn't seem to work all through our stay.

There are other good 5 star options available near by if you are able to spend an additional 20%.
