Special birthday celebration
Pros:

I have booked our 2 nights stay at suite room of this hotel for my birthday celebration.
Hk dept has done the decoration as per my preferences .FOM MR MANISH has given me surprise beautiful flower bouquet on my birthday which made me so much happy .
AHELI bengali speciality restaurant also made my day special with its wow services for which I am so much thankful .bakery chef has made my birthday cake as special as my preferences too .
Thanks to the entire team for giving me wonderful experience

There was nothing great and I was told that they are upgrading my room BUT it was a small room with bad linen; only the bath was a renovated one

Cons:

The attitude: I reached at 3:00 AM and while checking in requested for a late checkout. The person at the reception was in bad mood for whatever reasons, she started quoting the hotel policy of 12:00 checkout. After a few words I told her NOT to favour with a late checkout.
In fact I CHECKED OUT within 18 hours although having prepaid for 2 NIGHTS


May be this hotel would never be able to have any business from my side. Wish them luck

A good and friendly choice at a central location.
Pros:

The hotel with its excellent location near the center of Kolkata is a good choice for those who like to be in the heart of the city. The hotel provides a good variety of amenities, a rich and tasty breakfast offer. Only the service could be a bit more attentive in cleaning the tables from the remains of the prior guests.
The rooms are pleasent and clean and the beds allowed a good sleep. Though the hotel is close to the centre, you don't much of the noise from the streets. The staff in general is friendly and helpful.

A great hotel to base yourself to experience the delights that Kolkata has to offer.
Pros:

Location was fantastic, very central. An easy stroll to a variety of attractions. Staff excellent. Clean hotel. Great breakfast.

Cons:

Disappointing selection of beer available and what was drinkable was not restocked promptly, hence the point off!

This is one of my worst stay in hotel. I didn’t expect that this kind of poor welcome. I like to mention Receptionist once I’m done with check-in she didn’t inform me anything like I have a free breakfast in the morning. It was not free. Actually I paid for that she supposed to mention everything that is her duty management team is like 000 civic sense what they’re supposed to tell to the guest and how to talk and also manager, I don’t exactly remember his name. It was a guy his name started from (S ) when I asked him regarding weight TV channel he said I need to pay for channels if I want to watch that is so disgusting. I guess they have only Hindi channel and it was so disgusting when I asked him he was not even so sorry .mostly all team member except kitchen staff. I like to mention specially receptionist when I arrive it was not warm welcome only the doorkeeper were very generous to help. I’m so disappointed there was no TV channel facility. There was no conditioner bath stuff. Bathroom condition was poor. I don’t feel like staying there in future I will never ever stay in peerless hotel and I will not recommend to any of my family or friends
