Pros:

Staff members are always very welcoming and helpful. Location is superb. Its clean, food is good. My fourth time at Peerless

Peerless
Pros:

Have been staying at Peerless from 2013,and always found friendly and welcoming staff .
However in recent years,since Nov ember 2025,due to massive staff turnover,the overall feeling is rather Soul less!
No shortage of customers,due to various events in Kolkata ,but words spoken by Management staff,often apoear to be Lip service,rather than with a touch if warmth.
There are exception ofcourse but the ethos,culture of the Hotel has changed drastically!

The new block is isolated and at the back. The view from old front block is excellent. So missed that
