Pros:

Good facility and clean, comfortable room. The airport shuttle is a good service! The front desk agent was extremely hospitable and kind. My husband and i had to stay in Atlanta an extra day due to the TSA lines being in crisis, so we didn’t even have our luggage, and she provided us with some of the basics like a hair comb and shaving kit. She also recommended a great seafood spot.

Pros:

Bed was comfortable. Staff was friendly and sweet

Cons:

Pool and exercise room not open. I didn't see it on the website that it was under renovation. There was no exhaust fan in the bathroom and no water pressure either

Will definitely stay again. This is our 6 time staying. Everytime it meets our expactations.
Pros:

It was a nice stay had all we needed for our stay. Beds were comfortable rooms are big and spacious. Breakfast was ok. Overall stay was quite amazing.

Cons:

I would have liked the pool to be open.

I definitely won’t be returning.

Cons:

Everything was old and outdated. The online pictures must’ve been from when they initially opened. And the pool was under renovations, which wasn’t mentioned online.

Fine for a place to sleep
Pros:

It was convenient to the highway. The room was a good size. I really like hotel rooms that have overhead lights available in addition to lamps. Lighting options are great!

Cons:

When checking in, the front desk person was on the phone with another customer and kept trying to talk to me and the person on the phone at the same time. It was very confusing. I told her I could wait until she was finished on the phone. I found the interaction to be very unprofessional. Initially, she could not find my reservation, because, when they moved my room, my last name was entered where my first name should be and first name in place of my last name. She found the error but never corrected it in the system so all communications I received (e.g. texts, emails) call me by my last name in place of my first name.

When we checked in, we learned that the pool and the fitness center were both closed. We had not been planning to use the pool (although we had brought swimsuits just in case.) I exercise every day and had been planning to use the fitness center. This was a big inconvenience to find out at check in that the entire workout room was closed with no alternate area for exercise.

There was a display case of cookies and other times, when staying at similar properties, we were offered a cookie at check in but this time the associate did not offer a cookie to myself or my son.
