Power outtage ruined half of the trip and produced anxiety and loss of sleep.
Cons:

The staff was great, and the room was relatively updated, although the appliances were dated/ and had issues (mini fridge) but the main issue was that there was a power outtage on my second night and the hotel had no generator and I wasnt given anything to help the situation. No light at all in the rooms/ stair wells and I showered in the dark after my phone died from trying to use the flashlight for light. My food went bad with no refrigeration and I had trouble getting an uber and then going to the event I traveled for, with a dead phone. Even when the rest of the area got power back hours later, the hotel was still dark into the next morning, and since I had an early flight, I was so paranoid about missing my flight, that I could barely sleep. I will say, that the staff gracefully came to knock on my door in the morning after asking them if they could, so I wouldnt miss my flight, and the shuttle driver was great, but there needs to be measures placed to avoid the anxiety this produced.

They are under construction with no safety at up. The bathrooms are dirty. The location is terrible. This is not a 4 star hotel and should stop be advertised as such.

I like the room was clean and decent

Cons:

I didn't like the fact that when I arrived they said my room was cancelled even though I booked it a month ahead of time through Booking.com and selected the option pay at property I was told by the receptionist that her manager does a pre check in before customer arrival. I had to go back and book another room through Booking.com which price went up $20 more from the first booking.
