Don’t charge a card the next day that u refuse to accept at check in
Pros:

I booked online there was no information regarding deposit details in advance. I arrived and was informed of deposit I issued my id And payment method and was refused service so I never got to check in so I assumed my trip was cancelled out. 4:00 am I see my card is trying to be charged which is the same card the Arab man refused to accept in the first place which resulted in me having to sleep in my vehicle for the night thanks

Cons:

A family member booked me a room online it didn’t say anything about deposit. My CashApp card was not accepted , I never completed check in but I see my card being charged for a stay I never got to experience

Pros:

I absolutely love staying at this hotel. The staff was very friendly. Ms. Waple helped me over the phone the day before my arrival and during my stay very helpful. The other receptionist Ms. Angie was very nice as well. The kitchen staff and housekeepers always greeted us with a friendly smile. My room was excellent. Even the Shuttle man Mr. D was top notch. Overall I rate this hotel a 10 and will continue to come here everytime I travel to Atlanta.

Cons:

The only thing I did not like was the pool being closed during my stay.

Lots of hair that war not oura in the bath and on the shower curtain along with mold on the shower curtain

Disappointed.
Pros:

The staff is awesome. The prices are great.

Cons:

The property is out of date. Everything is old. The paint is peeling. The carpet was very old. The shower had lots of mildew in it. I won't be returning & I'll stick to the Hilton brand.

Cheap/Rundown/Old. Pay $30 and stay somewhere else.

Rude customer service, Older room, Pubic hairs on washcloths, charged $75 security deposit that I’m still waiting to receive from 5 days ago…Pay the extra money and stay somewhere else! Oh they have free parking, that’s the least they could do🤷🏽‍♀️
