Great accommodation and we extended the stay.
Pros:

We accidentally meet the GM Mr. Morris on the way in. He was very friendly and helped us with our bags and directed us to the reception when he saw us a bit lost with a small baby. I really enjoyed the stay and we extended the stay again. The buffet breakfast was awesome as well.

Cons:

Not much the stay was very pleasant.

Pros:

Our first time, my husband and I agreed that we LOVE this accommodation. We even got an upgrade for our room!!! What a wonderful surprise. We will definitely stay in this place again when we visit Jakarta in the future. It is in the centre of Jakarta, and the distance to many places is acceptable. The staff are well-trained, well-behaved, and professional. Very impressive!!! Not to mention the facilities, foods in the restaurant is all amazing. We wish we had known this place earlier. We even extended our stay for another night.

Tolle Lage, überaus freundliches Personal, exzellentes, riesiges Frühstücksbuffet.
Von 18.-20 Uhr gibt es kostenlose Drinks und Canapes, bis 16 Uhr Tee und Kuchen, wenn man das Executive Zimmer bucht. Wir kommen wieder!

I had an amazing stay at Ayana Midplaza Jakarta. The hotel is exceptionally clean, elegant, and very comfortable. The staff were incredibly friendly, professional, and always ready to help with anything I needed. The room was spacious, beautifully designed, and had a wonderful view of the city. The breakfast was delicious. The location is also very strategic and convenient for exploring Jakarta. I truly felt welcomed and well taken care of throughout my stay. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Jakarta ✨

ルームサービスの注文はアプリで行うことになっているが、フロントにお願いすれば、快くかつ迅速に電話で注文してくれたのはありがたかった。
