I had an amazing stay at Ayana Midplaza Jakarta. The hotel is exceptionally clean, elegant, and very comfortable. The staff were incredibly friendly, professional, and always ready to help with anything I needed. The room was spacious, beautifully designed, and had a wonderful view of the city. The breakfast was delicious. The location is also very strategic and convenient for exploring Jakarta. I truly felt welcomed and well taken care of throughout my stay. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Jakarta ✨

I had marvelous experience during my stay, the staff were friendly and professional. The food was satisfying 😌, and my special thanks to my dear Fillend whose addressed my concern immediately after I brought it up, I'll definitely come back there, once I visit Jakarta as it's close to the airport as well.
Nothing can beat the location! The hotel itself is well-maintained. Room is quite large for a city hotel. Comfortable bed and cozy ambiance. The service is excellent! The large lobby greets you with a warm welcome. The staff are all very professional and friendly. Ms. Fillend is particularly helpful and nice. She remembers me and ready to answer my questions.

Inwant to point out specifically Catharine, restaurant hostess for her charming service. Nesides this hotel has great food and marvelous infrastructure with gym, tennis court and a beautiful swimming pool.

Brilliant experience in Ayana, I loved the facilities, the large clean rooms, pool and gym. I was also welcomed by the very friendly service staff team, who remember us by our names and took very good care of us. I would like to give particular mention and my thank you to Arif for his excellent service while I was at Jimbaran. He was very thoughtful and attentive, and made sure that I was well taken care of. Thank you, team Ayana! I will certainly be back when I visit Jakarta again 🥰!

Service from all staff was exceptional. The breakfast buffet was very extensive and high quality. The room was large and comfortable with great wi-fi and milk in the fridge. The ground floor bar was a very pleasant place to have a drink. There is a fairly big gym and large outdoor pool.

The location of the hotel for my stay wasn't the best choice but the atmosphere was exactly what I was looking for. My room was upgraded to a very spacious and comfortable room at the 12th floor.
In overall the hotel was clean and well maintained. The service was best experience ever for me. Every single employee was genuinely happy, curtiuous and ready to serve and please, 10 out of 10.
For me it had nice size gym donated with sufficient exercise machines to my usual needs. It has several restaurants and great breakfast every morning. For evenings the lobby restaurant is perfect for light dinner with a live piano.
This hotel deserves its number of stars and I highly recommend it.
