Checked in at AYANA MidPlaza recently and Hibiki at the front desk made it really easy — quick, friendly, and no hassle at all.
He also took the time to point out some good spots nearby to eat and hang out, which we ended up trying and really enjoyed. Small thing, but it made a difference for us as first-timers in the area.

I am writing to you because on Wednesday the 29th I attended the Swiss Embassy event at your venue, and I would like to share some constructive feedback.
In my opinion, the organization of the food service area was not aligned with the standard of your property. For a standing reception with several food courses, more cocktail tables or standing tables should have been provided. Guests need proper surfaces to place glasses and plates; otherwise, the service becomes uncomfortable, confusing, and disorganized.
Having to eat standing up, while managing different courses without a clear flow and without enough space to place a glass or a plate, is not appropriate for a reception of this level.
Regarding the food, the desserts and the bread were very good. However, some of the main dishes were not at the same level. The salmon was dry and lacked flavor. The pesto lasagna is not really a classic or standard option for this kind of event. The potato gratin was also not well executed, as the potatoes were still undercooked. The chicken, on the other hand, was tasty and well prepared.
Overall, I believe there is room for improvement, both in the organization of the service and in the quality and consistency of the food, in order to be fully in line with the standard expected from your venue.

Having lunch at Raya Restaurant, I tried all the food and it was all delicious, the portions were just right, and the service was good, especially from Mr. Yuda who is good at taking photos.

First time in Jakarta and I am happy I made the right decision to stay at Ayana. Kristian was the one who assisted me during both check in and check out and he was very kind and accommodating with all my questions. Kudos to Kristian. The service was also great. The staff were quick with bringing my requests to the room. They have an app which made it easier to put in the request. The food was also great at the JimBaran Lounge and the staff were pleasant. I hope to come back not for work but for vacation so I can maximize what Ayana has to offer.
