Pros:

Staff was great.... Loved them 90 percent of the time.

Cons:

Rooms were not up to par... Mold under tub valve gross... Major gross.. ... Drains don't drain right in kitchen sink.... I had a damn s valve missing above tub so it was dripping on me gross. Nasty s valve not hard... Valve or ac s valve means allow without it or sounded like a band performing in my room work other it horrible so we rigged it. Easy put a cap on it. Easy mechanics need to learn to fix crap right but the mold was gross. Then go to from crap ... No propane they wouldn't go great any that sucked thanks jerks. Not come couldn't use kitchen

It could have been better for the extra money spent to stay there for a full week
Pros:

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Cookies mid afternoon were nice

Cons:

The bathroom tub had a few long dark hairs in it, which i cleaned up on arrival
The air conditioning roared until it got to a different cycle then calmed down. It would wake me at night
The room door would not close adequately. I had to secure the latch on the inside to get it to hold. When I left the room, I had to pull on it very hard to get it to close. I found it locked but not pulled completely shut after housekeeping on one day. To get into the room I needed two hands, one for the keycard and one to shove the door to open . The breakfast was to be at 6am on weekdays. Two days it did not open at that time. I had an early start to my day so i was not able to find out when it finally opened.

Terrible didn’t stay and didn’t get a refund. Only a few photos didn’t wanna post all of them.

The staff was amazing and very helpful

Cons:

How many stayed 20 minutes didn’t get a refund for my stay and I only stayed for as long as I did because they told me they were switching rooms went into the first one started pulling back the covers, and the sheets were dirty then got a different one one in there there’s a pipe sticking out of our shower leaking water that had black stuff on it.

It was disappointing for what we paid.
Pros:

The beds were comfortable and the staff was friendly.

Cons:

Our room was dirty. There were pee stains on the toilet, hair on the bathroom floor, someone else’s stuff left in the fridge and there was no phone in our room. When I asked about housekeeping since it was supposed to happen on the 3rd day of our stay, I was told that they were short staffed due to the rain and to just put my dirty towels in the hall. Also, I paid extra for breakfast to be included to be told it was free at the hotel. I feel like I was ripped off.

Love this hotel but was disappointed this time
Pros:

Comfortable beds,nice shower, quiet, good breakfast

Cons:

TV reception comes and goes
No shampoo in the shower
Hair dryer did not work
Lamps by the bed did not work
Safe was closed so we couldn't use it....if we had been staying longer we would have had it opened
The door handle had to be pushed down very hard to open the door to the room

Exceptional service
Pros:

Everything was perfect. Entrance to the hotel is beautiful, staff was very welcoming and friendly and always there to help if there was any concerns or issues. And the breakfast was delicious. This will be our place to stay the next time we visit Arizona.

Nothing. Immediately left the property after seeing the room and conditions of facility

Cons:

Old, outdated, filthy and every couch was in the hallway it appeared like a bed bug crisis. The bathroom was disgusting.

its our go to spot for a get away for the night.

Cons:

the room was very noisy at night? we could hear a blower motor running all night. the ice machine outside the door could have been the culprit. The pillows are horrible, the bed is kind of hard.
