Gebucht mit Sonderkonditionen Black Friday, daher war der Preis mit Frühstück interessant.
Pros:

Frühstücksbuffet reichhaltig, sehr freundlicher Service

Cons:

Zimmer leider abgewohnt, viele Schrammen am Mobiliar, Glas an der Garderobe gebrochen, Heizkörper im Bad innen und außen sehr staubig und schon lange Zeit nicht gereinigt worden.

Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels ist super. Das Frühstück war gut und das Personal sehr freundlich.

Cons:

Die Einrichtung des Zimmers war etwas in die Jahre gekommen und die Beleuchtung eigenwillig. Im Bad war die ein oder andere Selle an der Dusche erneuerungsbedürftig.
Schade, dass es keine Hotelbar gab.

Wir hatten ein wunderschönes Wochenende in Rostock und Warnemünde.
Pros:

Die Lage ist perfekt. Mit der GästeCard kann man mit der Straßenbahn Rostock erkunden. Auch bis zum Bahnhof ist es nicht weit. Mit der S-Bahn ist man schnell in Warnemünde.

Cons:

Das Frühstück war in Ordnung, aber nichts besonderes. Wir fanden 21,00 €/pro Person zu teuer.

Ein tolles Hotel an top Lage, wir kommen wieder.
Pros:

Die Zimmer waren geräumig, sauber und ruhig. Das Hotel liegt optimal an der Fussgängerzone beim Marktplatz und Restaurants, Shopping und auch der Hafen sind in gehweite erreichbar. Für weiter entfernte Sehenswürdigkeiten, Zoo oder das Meer, hält das Tram nur wenige Meter vor der dem Hoteleingang.
Auch grossartig fanden wir, dass in der Gästekarte der öffentliche Verkehr inbegriffen war!!

Cons:

Manchmal roch es vom 1.Untergeschoss her sehr unangenehm!!

Sehr freundliches Personal.
Die Kommunikation bereits im Vorwege des Aufenthalts war einwandfrei, Fragen wurden zügig beantwortet.
Das Zimmer war groß, Optik und Einrichtung zwar schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber das hat mich nicht gestört, sondern eher ein Stück weit Gemütlichkeit ausgestrahlt.
Die Betten waren sehr bequem.
Es gab einen kleinen Kühlschrank auf dem Zimmer, der sogar unerwartet gut kühlte.
Auf Wunsch würde mir auch ein Wasserkocher aufs Zimmer gestellt.
Das Frühstück war in Ordnung. Insbesondere, dass es neben hartgekochten auch weichgekochte Eier gab, kam mir sehr entgegen.

Cons:

Die Brötchen beim Frühstück waren leider die üblichen Aufbaubrötchen und meist zu hart aufgebacken und trocken.
