Sehr zentrale Lage, in der Nacht wenig geräusche von draussen, wenn Zimmerfenster auf Ihnenhofseite sind

Cons:

Personal unfreundlich, das Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen, entspricht auf keinen Fall 4 Sternen. Personal beim frühstück unaufmerksam, man muss immer rufen, um cappucino zu bestellen

Perfekter Standort um Rostock kennen zu lernen
Pros:

Großzügige Lobby und gemütliche. Ebenso das Zimmer mit vielen praktischen Details. Der beleuchtete Kleiderschrank ist hier besonders zu erwähnen. Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter.
Perfekte Lage am Neuen Markt, mit direktem Anschluss an den ÖPNV

Pros:

Die Größe des Zimmers, die Innenstadtlage.

Cons:

Mobiliar ist in die Jahre gekommen, optisch, aber auch die Polsterung der Sessel hat ihre guten Jahre lange hinter sich. Auch die Matratze war sehr speziell, man rollte irgendwie immer in eine Richtung.
Dusche war sehr unansehnlich, Boden beschädigt, Gestank im Badezimmer aus anderen Toiletten.
Fazit: Das Hotel war vor 20 Jahren sicher modern.

Für einen Kurzaufenthalt ist das Hotel wegen der Lage zu empfehlen.
Pros:

Frühstück war gut alles was das Herz begehrt.
Die Lage ist Top wenige Schritte bis zur Tram und mitten im Zentrum.

Cons:

Die Sauberkeit im Zimmer könnte besser sein .

Es war ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt.
Pros:

Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Mein Zimmer war großzügig und praktisch. Die Lage ist sehr gut für Innenstadtspaziergänge. Sehr schön fanden wir das Getränkeangebot am Morgen und Nachmittag.

Cons:

Die Garage ist ziemlich eng und rangieren ist notwendig um in einen Parkplatz zu kommen bzw. die ausfahrt zu bewerkstelligen.

Für einen Kurzaufenthalt von 1 bis 2 Tagen ist alles in Ordnung.
Pros:

Wir hatten ohne Frühstück gebucht. Die Lage war super, direkt am Marktplatz und zur Fußgängerzone. Positiv das kostenfreie Ticket für Bus und Bahn, sogar bis Warnemünde. Die Lobby und die Bar ansprechend.

Cons:

Die Sauberkeit, der Teppichboden im Zimmer hatte Flecken, das Mobiliar war älteren Stils und verschrammt, zum Teil
war es staubig.
