Pros:

La posizione e' centralissima, di fianco al municipio, ed il garage sottostante con accesso diretto dall'hotel e' molto comodo.
La camera e' ampia, dotata di frigo e ho apprezzato la bottiglia d'acqua di benvenuto.

Cons:

Purtroppo non c'e' l'aria condizionata.

Hotel mit hervorragender Lage, und gutem Frühstück. Das Personal ist äußerst freundlich.

Cons:

Die Möbel in unserem Zimmer abgewohnt und entsprachen nicht mehr einem 4 Sterne Standart.

Hotellet var fräscht och de bjöd på en flaska vatten i rummet vilket uppskattades. Bra varierande frukost och trevlig restaurang som hörde till hotellet.

Cons:

Pga värmen som var när vi besökte Rostock hade det underlättat med AC på hotellet. Det var väldigt svårt att sova.

Overall, everything was good. Great place, nice area, beautiful hotel.

Cons:

They didn't mention that they will charge you extra for the tourist tax; other hotels usually include the tax amount in the total amount at the time of booking, but they only messaged it after booking, which is not an honest way to do it!

Super Lage, sehr freundliches Personal an der Rezeption.

Cons:

Beim Frühstück war das Personal sichtbar überfordert. Einige Kleinigkeiten funktionierten nicht, etwa dass der Samovar nicht rechtzeitig angestellt worden war oder dass Frühstücksgäst, die brav an dem Schild "Warten Sie hier, Sie werden platziert" ausharrten, über Minuten nicht abgeholt wurden.
