Sehr gut und jederzeit wieder!
Pros:

Eine sehr freundliche Dame, die uns eingecheckt hat, die Zimmer an sich und das Frühstück waren sehr gut.

Cons:

In den Zimmern in Richtung Neuer Markt war es in der 1. Etage trotz geschlossener Fenster doch recht laut.
Ich habe früh morgens den Essensgeruch der Küche im Zimmer wahrgenommen, das stört mich etwas da ich sehr geruchsempfindlich bin.

Angenehmes Hotel mit guter Ausstattung und idealer Lage in Rostocks Innenstadt.
Pros:

Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig und gut ausgestattet (bis auf den winzigen Fernseher (27/32"?), aber ich war ja auch nicht zum Fernsehen in Rostock!). Das Frühstücksbuffet bietet eine umfangreiche, sehr ausgewogene und auch optisch sehr schöne Auswahl. Und die Lage des Hotels ist natürlich perfekt, um die Innenstadt Rostocks bequem zu Fuß zu erreichen. Durch die Straßenbahn-Haltestelle vor der Tür sind auch weiter entfernt gelegene Ziele bequem zu erreichen.

Cons:

Es gibt nichts zu bemängeln, eher grundsätzlich festzustellen, was mir, zwar auch hier wieder, aber auch allgemein in Hotels in den letzten Jahren auffällt, nämlich das häufige Fehlen des Satzes/ der Frage bzw., eine Begrüßung, wie etwa: "Herzlich willkommen, schön, dass Sie da sind! Hatten sie eine angenehme Anreise?" Auch, wenn es sich hierbei natürlich mehr oder minder um eine Floskel handelt, so würde ich es doch begrüßen, wenn man diese einfache Formel als Teil der Begrüßung des Gastes wieder mehr in den Hotels in Deutschland wahrnehmen würde!

Mycket nöjd.Större rum än det normala på hotell.
Pros:

En bra frukost där jag inte saknade någonting,
Hotellet ligger mitt i centrum men lugnt och tyst i hotellet.I anslutning till receptionen finns en bistro där vi åt en god fisksoppan. Garaget i hotellgaraget var ytterligare ett plus.

Leider passt der Fernseher nicht zur Größe des Zimmers und leider ein schlechter Standort des Fernsehers .
Private Getränke wie wir kühlen wollten waren nach 3 Stunden immer noch warm

* Super Lage 👍vom Hotel sehr gute Anbindung zur öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel .
* Sehr schönes großes Zimmer, wenn auch etwas altbacken.
* Großer Einbauschrank wo ausreichend Platz für Koffer und Bekleidung 👍top

Cons:

*sehr enttäuschend für ein 4 Sterne Hotel war die Sauberkeit im Bad, da ist großer Handelsbedarf. Es wurde zwar nachgebessert, aber auch nur dort wo ich es bemängelt habe.
*auch traurig für den Standart waren die Matratzen, wo eine davon schon sehr durchgelegen war, kein erholsamer Schlaf
*Frühstücksbuffet, tja, auch da hätte ich schon was anderes erwartet für 4 Sterne, aber da gehen die Meinungen meistens auseinander. Ich fand die Auswahl sehr einseitig, aber wie gesagt, jeder empfindet das anders
