The room was very clean and up to date.It had a very comfortable ambiance. The staff was also very good and helpful.
The facility maintenance was lacking. The curtain rod needs to be refastened to the wall. The toilet paper dispenser was also loose..
Everyone was very pleasant and welcoming. Room has lots of space and proper amenities. Lots to watch on TV.
The bathroom needed some work. Shower curtain rod looks like it was ripped off at one point and a poor patch job to cover holes. Shower curtain kept falling down while I was in shower. Every-time I flushed toilet it leaked out front a bit. The seal must be shot. That I did notify to the staff.
Nice and clean. Staff was very friendly.
Breakfast eggs and sausage could have been better, not very hot and not done. Muffins were stale.
Feels like a home away from home. Has heated pool and daily breakfast available. Owners take pride in cleanliness and proffesionalism.

Room wasn’t very clean. Multiple hairs found in the bathroom and old dried food on windowsill.
The pool and jacuzzi in our suite. The bed was super comfy, and the staff were excellent!

Horrible experience for a 2 night stay in a Radisson chain hotel and in a relatively safe suburban community. Although the room was OK and the hotel staff were fine, the hotel environment itself felt very unsafe and is inappropriate for families.
It was easy to find, room was clean and it was a nice breakfast.
I ordered a king room and instead not only was given a different room but put right across from a stair well with people slamming the door all night.

The people above our room were so loud we didnt sleep both nights. So we paid for a room to sleep that we couldnt. I told the lady at the front desk. We would of left after day 1 if we didnt pay for 2. Never go bad.
We happy with our accommodations, our room was clean and spacious.
Although the bathroom needed a little attention, the shower curtain bar was not securely attached to the wall. It looked like it had been reattached a few times already......
