Cons:

The room need curtains for the windows....there was only a white thin pull down shade.....did not block out the sun in morning let alone the street lights at nite. The room always had outside light coming in.

Pros:

The property was clean and sanitary. It was conveniently located around plenty of stores and restaurants. Right off a major highway as well. The staff was kind, pleasant and helpful

For what it is worth it’s a good deal.
Pros:

The Pool was pretty clean.
I liked that there was a road by the property that you can walk.
The price was cheap.

Cons:

The hallways smell like cigarette smoke.
The breakfast was not that great. No complains since it was free.
The gym could have had more equipment.

I will find another property before staying again.
Pros:

Check-in was easy, and the location was ideal. The front desk associate was quite nice. Much larger refrigerator than anticipated, which was appreciated. I have severe pet allergies, and the room I was given was said not to have pets. My allergies attested to that being true, which was great.

Cons:

The room smelled of smoke & was quite musty. The front desk associate said the power had been off at the hotel for 2 days and that she would spray the room with Febreze while I was out. This did not help. A wet, dirty washcloth was on the room floor when I checked in, and I relayed this information to the front desk associate. I requested a washcloth 4 times over 2 days until I received one. Lightbulb out in bathroom & a huge stain on the sofa. I would not guess as to what it could have been, but it was quite unsightly, and I would not sit on the sofa.

Pros:

Breakfast was good
Our final room was comfortable and clean

Cons:

Nearly the ENTIRE hotel smelled like weed.
Had to even have our room moved as the first one was so stinky.
Woke up in the morning and the hallway smelled awfully strong.
I understand its legal, but not everyone appreciates spending the night in it.

Disappointing
Pros:

The location was good and the complementary breakfast was good.

Cons:

Everything was under construction, the rooms are sprayed with febreze and gave me a headache. The pool was small, crowded and under construction. The AC didn’t get cold enough, which made it uncomfortable to sleep and there was no coffee table to play games with family or gather together and eat. The refrigerator was so small that you can barely put anything in it
