el desayuno se puede decir que fue un punto alto, los cocteles podrian mejorar y la piscina es muy adecuada de misma forma la atención del personal.

Nos gustó mucho que esté super cerca a la playa, el personal super amable, la habitación estaba limpia, hay muchos lugares alrededor para ir a comer, salir a caminar. Lo qué más nos gustó fue el desayuno buffet, muy rico y todo fresco. Nos quedamos solo una noche, nos hubiera gustado estar más días, es una muy buena opción si quieres quedarte en Tamarindo.

Cons:

Todo estuvo bien, solo la ducha estaba un poco oxidada y no salía mucha agua.

Any night but Friday!
Pros:

Lovely room, shower, pool, everything. Very resort feel for a modest price and location was fantastic. I’d definitely stay here again, but never on a Friday night. Breakfast was nice. Everything clean. Really loved this place

Cons:

They said there would be loud music on Friday night. We don’t complain much, and we were warned…. But, NEVER could I have imagined! I think it started about 9pm and went until 3am. It was not just loud. It was probably over 90 decibels IN OUR ROOM! The bed shook. The walls rattled! There is no describing. Much of the time, it sounded more like ordinance than music.

Die Lage ist super - sehr nahe am Strand. Vom oberen Barbereich aus hat man auch einen traumhaften Blick auf die Bucht.

Cons:

Am Donnerstag und am Freitag ist Dinnershow bzw. Party mit sehr lauter Musik, teilweise bis weit in die Nacht hinein. Man sollte eigentlich bei der Buchung darauf aufmerksam gemacht werden. Vielleicht gibt es Leute, denen das gefällt. Es gibt aber definitiv auch Leute, denen das nicht gefällt. Was zum Lärm noch dazu kommt, ist, dass man an diesen Abenden den Barbereich nicht nutzen kann. Außerdem wurde die Villa neben uns renoviert - warum wir genau die Villa daneben zugeteilt bekommen haben (es waren auch noch andere frei), bleibt mir schleierhaft. Außerdem musste man Armbänder tragen - etwas, das ich im Urlaub hasse. Die Unterkunft an sich ist super, aber wenn ich das alles vorher gewusst hätte, hätte ich hier nicht gebucht.

El recepcionista Josue, tuvimos una mala información acerca de la mascota y le estábamos pidiendo una solución y su actitud fue demasiado grosera al punto de llegar a la agresión verbal y aclaró que yo no lo traté mal en ningún momento sólo quería que solucionara la mala información que había. Fue muy poco proactivo en donde había una solución sencilla lo llevó al punto en el cual la única solución para él era que me fuera para otro hotel cuando yo ya había pagado mi estadía. Una persona que está en el lugar incorrecto.
