Superb location, great value
Pros:

The room was clean and tidy and the bathroom spacious. Location excellent, close to Alibus station which goes to and from the airport, train and metro station and there's everything you need around (plenty of shops and restaurants)
The breakfast had basic selection but all sorts so everyone can find something to choose from. Sweet pastries were fantastic so as the bread. I personally loved the little machine beside the coffee machine which brewed hot ginseng shot coffee, it was very tasty. And also everyone was very polite, from receptionists, to breakfast and housekeeping staff.
Only one thing to mention are the bed linens, they kept coming off, but this is something minor.

Excellent location, close to main train station, outstanding service
Pros:

First time staying at the B&B Hotel chain, and it was excellent. B&B Hotel Napoli is located on the large Piazza Garibaldi, 6 mins walk to the Napoli Central train station, you can either walk underground in the galleria or thru the Piazza.

Across the square is the entrance to the Metro, easy access to all sights. Handy trattoria's and pizza restaurants are extremely close by. Reception will also recommend places to eat at.

Easy quick check in, warm welcome on arrival and throughout the stay, reception excellent, especially Damiana the young lady who was extremely helpful..10 stars outstanding.

Room size is great, bathroom size great, extremely clean. I had french windows which opened to a courtyard view. Roof top balcony for sitting and a great view of Napoli. Great value for money. Snack bar available eg coffee, tea, beer, water, hot chocolate, chips etc

Excellent breakfast, great variety. Excellent for solo travellers, Ok Piazza Garibaldi is not great at night, plenty of police around, just be warely but I highly recommend location and hotel otherwise. Will be back.

Precisei sair na madrugada, para chamar o taxi, quando voltei, não tinha ninguém na recepção, as portas não abriram, e fiquei trancado pelo lado de fora, o telefone do hotel não estava funcionando, a minha sorte foi que minha companheira estava dentro do hotel, desceu, e acionou ps sensores da porta pelo lado de dentro, caso contrário eu teria perdido meu voo que era as 6:30

Very nice reception staff. Beautiful view on the Vezuvus from the room. But from the rooftop terasse you could see even better the city. It was very nice temperature in the room.

Perfect for our family
Pros:

I'm sorry the photos below were the wrong ones. The reception was receptive of requests and respond promptly. There was a police car parked in front of the property which made me safe. My wife was pickpocketed after her walk and she told the receptionist. She gave me tips on how to protect my backpack. She really liked Napoli and she will be back in the future.
