Stayed three nights total over two recent stays. My single rooms were ridiculously tiny; better described as closets. Hotel staff had to lift up the mattress in order to roll a large (not oversized) suitcase into one room—sixteen inches between desk and edge of mattress is not enough. Breakfast hit a low point when both of the coffee/hot water machines were not working and the scrambled eggs were cold.The hotel needs work.

Check in staff spoke good English and were friendly. Bedroom was clean. Those are the positives.

We spent three nights here, I would say one night may be ok in transit to somewhere else. This hotel is centrally located close to Naples Centrale train station. The area itself is dirty and noisy with lots of dodgy looking characters hanging about, I did not feel safe or comfortable walking back to my hotel in the evening.
In the room, the electrics made a constant loud buzzing sound, the bed squeaked every time I even moved slightly and the walls were paper thin. The fridge in the corner made loud popping noises at regular intervals. I could hear people walking around on the floor above and having a conversation in the room next door. On the final morning I was woken up by the person in the room next door having a very loud FaceTime conversation! This was the three worst nights sleep I have ever had at any hotel.
In the bathroom the shower head would only face the wall and not the person actually showering, when the head was placed back on the wall in order for the person in the shower to use soap etc, the water leaked directly through the corner of the shower cubicle and all over the floor. We were only provided with one large towel and a hand towel for two people..
Breakfast was awful, the juice was processed and sickly sweet, the coffee from a machine was really thick and there was no hot chocolate. The same tongs were used for meat, cheese, pastry, everything. There was no bread available. There was a small selection of pastries but these were not good.
I would absolutely not stay here here again!

The hotel is centrally located at Piazza Garibaldi, offering excellent public transport links, including direct bus access from Naples Airport (NAP). The historic center is about a 1 km walk away, lively and well-maintained in its main areas. While the square itself feels safe, the immediate surroundings can appear somewhat run-down.

We stayed on the 5th floor. The room was spacious with high ceilings, creating an airy atmosphere. The view over the rooftops and the small French balcony were pleasant, and the balcony door provided effective soundproofing, keeping street noise at bay.

A few areas could be improved:
- 𝐓𝐕: The size was adequate, but the selection of international channels was limited. Available options like CNN and CGTN were buried deep in the menu.
- 𝐁𝐚𝐭𝐡𝐫𝐨𝐨𝐦: Small, with a faint unpleasant odor when the water was running, likely due to the drain.
- 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐭: The lighting was uninviting, and power outlets were scarce. A faint hum from an electrical distribution box was noticeable but could be eliminated by switching off the room’s main power.
- 𝐂𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐧𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬: The room was cleaned and tidied daily.
