Pros:

Prostorný pokoj nedaleko metra a hlavního nádraží, výborná snídaně
Spacious room near the metro and main station, excellent breakfast

Cons:

Nefungovala klimatizace, závada byla na recepci nahlášena, ale nic se nezměnilo. Poměrně velký hluk celou noc z náměstí
The air conditioning was not working, the fault was reported to the reception, but nothing changed. Quite a lot of noise all night from the square

Perfect location to explore Naples easily
Pros:

As others have said the location has some fairly rough streets near it but piazza Garibaldi itself seems fine. There were police cars parked right outside, because it’s outside the station, and that’s why it’s such a convenient place to stay. Via dei Tribunali and Spaccanapoli with all their attractions are both easily walkable and everywhere else is accessible by tube or bus from the station.
Our “superior” room was basic but spacious and clean, and although the beds looked less than luxurious they were very comfortable. The bathroom was also spacious. Superior rooms seem to include a little fridge which was convenient.
Breakfast had a limited hot selection (scrambled egg and either Italian sausage or bacon), cheeses and continental meats, and a very extensive choice of sweet pastries and cakes. The coffee machine was excellent too.
The roof terrace was a highlight for us. It’s not smart, just a roof with some seats, no bar or staff up there, but it was very chilled to come back with some beers and watch the night fall over Vesuvius.

Cons:

There is traffic noise, the shutters pretty well blocked it out but maybe not entirely. The air conditioning was a bit temperamental but the room got reasonably cool. The roads in Naples are generally a bit terrifying and you’re going to have to deal with a fairly major one right outside - I think the secret is take your time, look both ways for a reasonable gap - and then go for it decisively - otherwise you’ll spend your holiday hovering on the kerb.

Pros:

Convenient location next to the train station. The roof top access was excellent.

Cons:

Not being able to get back in after certain hours. It can be very loud at times with so much activity going on right out side.

Pros:

Even if we stayed one night we found our stay to be very pleasant. Very nice room, very clean and the hotel staff was very helpful and polite. Good continental breakfast. Close to the central station so very convenient.

La habitación es linda, cómoda. Y el personal muy atento

Cons:

Debes tener en cuenta que el hotel se encuentra ubicado cerca de la estación de tren, por lo cual si vas a tomar muchos es bueno. Pero el barrio no es lindo y hay mucho ruido durante la noche.

Pros:

Локацията е много удобна за нощувка преди ранен или късен полет. Персоналът е изключително вежлив и отзивчив. Има опция за съхранение на багажа преди и след напускане, което спестява време. Стаята беше малка, но чиста и имаше най-необходимото за 1 нощувка.

Cons:

Районът не е много добър и безопасен, но това не зависи от домакините. Малко шумно през нощта.

Very nice stay
Pros:

It has been a very nice stay, considering that it was a short-notice booking. We needed somewhere quick as the place we booked was in a backstreet slum area of the city, and didn't feel safe.
The room was clean and comfortable and there was a nice spread on for breakfast. I also liked being able to go up to the rooftop after several days of tiring tours.
The window needed to be shut at night as we were facing the main piazza.
I'm so glad we came here instead of our original place

Good value, good service and close to train station.
Pros:

The location, staff and room service were great.

Cons:

Nothing to dislike but only wish the air conditioning was colder as over all room did not get cold but was not hot either. This is personal preference as I like the room colder.

Comfortable and nice hotel in a very convenient location
Pros:

Everything was very good. Location was very convenient for our trips from the train station.

Cons:

There was a very strong smell of sewage in the bathroom that sometimes lingered around. It is an old building and it came from the pipes. Other than that nothing else was a problem. We stayed in room 506.
