Хороший, отель. Расположение очень выгодное, прямо на площади Гарибальди, рядом много кафешек, кондитерских, пиццерий. Не далеко метро, вокзал, и остановка автобуса ALIBUS. Приехали поздно вечером. Сотрудник был на рабочем месте. Быстро оформили, объяснили расположение номера, выдали код от двери. Номер оборудован кондиционером. Нам его заранее включили, так что мы зашли уже в охлажденный номер, что очень приятно.
Сам номер чистый. кровати и постельное белье тоже чистые. Ванная комната большая и чистая. Все очень понравилось. мы останавливались на одну ночь, но можно даже рассмотреть этот отель для более длительного проживания. Обязательно забронирую его снова. если буду в Неаполе.

Très bon rapport qualité prix
Pros:

L’hébergement est très bien placé pour visiter la ville même si la place Garibaldi est un peu agitée. Le métro est à proximité, le centre ville également et accessible à pied. Les chambres étaient très propres !

Cons:

Le petit déjeuner était bon mais pourrait être amélioré.

Great central location, amazing staff, good value for money
Pros:

Great location for access to/from Napoli Centrale, and a short walk to the historical area.
Room was comfortable, cool and clean.
Staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly, and suggested best local places to visit

Cons:

There was no wi-fi at all while I was there, due to a wider connection problem in the area.
My air-con unit was very noisy (though worked ok), which disturbed my sleep

Nice hotel, not desirable area
Pros:

Lovely and clean,nice friendly staff,near the station.

Cons:

Not the most desirable area although it was just a night for commuting.
Didn’t venture very far as felt unsafe,lots of street sleepers.

Gutes Hotel für einen Städtetrip
Pros:

Großes Zimmer mit hohen Räumen, sehr sauber, großes Bad, gutes Frühstück, Dachterrasse, rund um die Uhr besetzte Rezeption, Kühlschrank mit Getränken in der Lobby. Unser Zimmer lag zum Innenhof, sehr ruhige Nächte. Station vom Airportbus ist schräg gegenüber. Fähren im Hafen kann man auch gut zu Fuß erreichen (1/2 Std.)

Cons:

Das Hotel liegt beim Hauptbahnhof-zwar sehr zentral, aber die Gegend ist am Abend etwas unheimlich. Unser großes Dreibettzimmer hatte nur einen Sessel und ein offenes Regal mit Kleiderhaken-für 3 Erwachsene zu wenig.

ナポリ中央駅から近いのがいいけど、駅からの歩道の舗装がゴツゴツで、スーツケースを引っ張るには向いてない。キャスターが壊れそうでした。

Cons:

フロントからエレベーターに行く経路に階段があって、重いスーツケースを持って部屋まで行くのが一苦労。暑い日の冷房の効きがあまり良くありませんでした。部屋に冷蔵庫がありませんでした。

Great location near many cafe and restaurants. (10 min walk) Nice bed. Daily cleaning of the room. Rooftop accessible for coffee and chilling at night.

Clean and comfy room
Pros:

The room is very large and clean with comfy bed. Wifi connection, air-conditioning and shower water are all stable.
It is at the plaza in front of the station so very convenient. Nice restaurants just few seconds walk nearby so it feels safe to enjoy dinner and get back even a bit late of the day.

Cons:

Not really the problem of the hotel itself but I visited in a summer and there were mosquitoes in the room which made me stayed up almost all night :(
Also there seems to be no service lift in the building, so during rush hours in the morning it is very difficult to take the elevator as the staff is taking it for the service.
