Prestations décevantes et clairement pas à la hauteur d’un établissement 4 étoiles.

Cons:

Malheureusement, notre expérience n’a pas été à la hauteur de ce que l’on peut attendre d’un établissement 4 étoiles.

Nous sommes arrivés tardivement et avons constaté que le lit n’était pas complètement préparé. Après avoir appelé la réception pour demander un drap, on m’a simplement demandé de descendre le récupérer moi-même. J’ai donc dû terminer et faire le lit moi-même, ce qui est assez surprenant pour un hôtel de cette catégorie, surtout après une arrivée tardive.

Concernant les équipements en chambre, le café soluble proposé paraît également assez limité pour un établissement 4 étoiles.

Les coussins étaient beaucoup trop durs à notre goût, sans possibilité d’obtenir une alternative plus confortable.

Enfin, autre point particulièrement désagréable : la température de l’eau de la douche variait constamment entre chaud et froid, rendant la douche très inconfortable.

Pris séparément, certains de ces éléments pourraient sembler mineurs, mais leur accumulation donne malheureusement le sentiment d’une prestation qui ne correspond pas au niveau de service attendu d’un hôtel 4 étoiles.

L emplacement , la gentillesse du personnel, le petit déjeuner et la propreté des lieux

Cons:

La largeur des places de parking car nous avions 2 vélos sur notre porte vélo et les manœuvres ont été tellement compliquées que nous avons éraflé l avant de notre voiture

Good value and comes with a lovely team!
Pros:

Good value. The hotel is further away from the centre, however, Les Halles de Lyon Paul Bocuse and the Westfield Mall with its huge selection are within walking distance, and there is a well-stocked supermarket round the corner (U Express). Loved the team, they are lovely and cooperative, the rooms are modern and clean, and the small buffet breakfast of good quality. Taxi from the airport cost us 70€ one way, and taxi to the Basilica Notre Dame de Fourvière 20€ - too exhausting to walk up the hill when the weather is hot. Central Lyon with the main shopping area is within walking distance (20-25 min) across the river, however, the Westfield Mall up the street is absolutely great as well.
