Pros:

Lage, Zimmer und Personal waren top. Das Hotel liegt direkt an der U-Bahn zum Hauptbahnhof und nur eine Haltestelle entfernt gibt es alle Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Die Mitarbeiter*innen an der Rezeption waren super freundlich und zuvorkommend. Mir wurde auf Anfrage extra ein ruhiges Zimmer nach hinten raus gegeben, und ich habe dort sehr gut geschlafen. Das Zimmer war gut ausgestattet mit einem bequemen Bett, Schrank, Schreibtisch, Kofferablage und Minibar sowie einem modernen und gut belüfteten Badezimmer. Verdunklungsvorhänge gab es auch. Und alles (bis auf den Boden, s. u.) machte einen sehr sauberen Eindruck.

Cons:

Das Zimmer hat sich auch bei ausgeschalteter Heizung sehr schnell aufgeheizt, sodass es auch nach längerem Lüften schnell wieder warm und etwas stickig wurde. Die Klimaanlage habe ich allerdings nicht genutzt.
Bei der Reinigung hätte gern die Ansammlung von Staubmäusen einmal mit weggesaugt werden dürfen.
Und die Minibar beleuchtet nachts das ganze Zimmer, wenn man nichts davorstellt oder -hängt.
Insgesamt würde ich trotz dieser Kleinigkeiten das Hotel aber weiterempfehlen!

Sollte ich wieder in München übernachten werde ich wieder ihr Hotel wählen.
Pros:

Ich hatte kein Frühstück.
Die Zimmer sind schön und zweckmäßig eingerichtet und man könnte hier auch mehrere Tage wohnen.

Cons:

Fällt mir im Moment nichts ein.
