Location, staff, breakfast choice.
Rooms were a but dark.
My stay at The Winchester Hotel was absolutely wonderful. The hotel’s aesthetic is stunning, with a beautifully curated and luxurious atmosphere throughout. Our suite was spacious, comfortable, and impeccably clean at all times. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, with Beverly going above and beyond to make our stay special. The location is also perfect, with easy access to the promenade and nearby attractions.
Good location outside the main shopping and commercial areas but within easy taxi ride of everywhere. We were there during a major storm but in better weather the sea front opposite would be full of people and a great place to relax.
Room was spacious and very well fitted out - great shower set up.
Breakfast was a feast that could keep you going all day
Staff very attentive and helfpul
Very small point - plug sockets not well thought out so you had to keep unplugging one device to connect another - eg couldn't have kettle and fridge on at the same time.

We LOVED this hotel! It’s gorgeous and the staff is welcoming and so helpful. The rooms are very large and comfortable. The interior courtyard and pool are beautiful but unfortunately it rained the whole time we were there so we didn’t get to use either. Still, breakfast inside with a view of the ocean was awesome. The food included with breakfast was delicious, as were the coffee drinks (the dirty chais were our favorite). There were some nice restaurants within walking distance, although most of the tourist areas were a bit further—easy to reach using the shuttle or very cheap Ubers. When my phone and wallet were stolen (in a very different area far from the hotel), the staff was so incredibly helpful with helping us contact credit card companies, etc. and even offering to drive me to the police station. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Excellent location with lots of restaurants nearby and easy to walk everywhere. The restaurants at the hotel are great too! Breakfast was amazing and we loved having sundowners at the Shoreditch restaurant. All the staff are so friendly and helpful. The hotel has an amazing energy that instantly makes you feel like you’re on holiday. Will definitely be back!
Este lugar es perfecto para estar cerca de todo y con buenas vistas desde Sea Point. La restauración en este hotel es espectacular con platos variados y sabores muy buenos, recomendable 100%. el personal supe profesional y los servicios top por su parte incluido el SPA con muy buenas instalaciones.

Service in the restaurant on the night was disappointing. Slow . I would have had another glass of wine had someone bothered to come around to me again. Pushed me hard to order, delivered the food and glass of wine and disappered.
Well maintained, good design and layout. Breakfast was great and staff were amazing.

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel! It’s stunning and the location is ideal. One road over there are tons of store, cafes and restaurants and across the st is the pier. Perfect !
WiFi was our for some of our stay which really wasn’t ideal and was prohibitive

Завтрак скудный, в последний день почему-то не поставили горячие закуски ( омлет, овощи). Свежие соки за плату , вафли за плату . В таком отеле с таким уровнем цен не солидно и в принципе быть не должно
