I have been at this hotel many times for short stays. It is an excellent choice. Staff are great breakfast is great. Breakfast is very good. Room service is good and prompt.
After so many years at staying at the hotel, I can see some aspects of wear and tear and that lets the facility down somewhat. Our room was fine and clean but one wall had significant moisture ingress which will soon become an issue. The bed was comfortable as always but a little tired. The ironing board had certainly seen better days.The lifts squeaked a bit more than last time. Little things but with prices very much higher than the last stay these begin to matter. Staff always excellent. Gaylords around the corner is the best choice for quality Indian cuisine there is a Foo as well... the famous K Rustom & Co ice cream parlour sadly gone due to an FDA visit ... so I am told

Super fijn hotel! Personeel is heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam, ontbijt is echt super uitgebreid en lekker, geen last van het drukke verkeer buiten en heerlijk bed

Good location , comfortable rooms though bathroom was small
Lifts were unsafe , concierge were not well coordinated

The hotel exudes a homely atmosphere, and its location is perfect! The staff including managers, receptionists, restaurant staff, housekeeping staff are amazing and very helpful and accommodating. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!
