We had a very pleasant stay
Pros:

The location was excellent, right on Marine drive facing the Arabian Sea. The rooms were spacious by Mumbai standards and clean.

Cons:

We had to walk up one floor to the Restaurant for breakfast as there was no elevator access to thais floor

Good location. Hotel is just about okay.

Hotel is very old so fixtures in the bathroom were old. Shower for example pierced through rather than giving a gentle shower.
Wifi kept disconnecting.
Tv wasn't working. We had to call staff twice to set it up but the signals still went off.

Pros:

Breakfast was good. Could have offered a larger variety and more live stations.

Cons:

Staff were friendly throughout however I felt a little more attentiveness and proactiveness would have made my experience better.
