location top notch marine drive opposite the sea room had 2 parts sitting room and bedroom.though hotel is old but quite well maintained.

Old world charm hotel, but needs updating and sprucing up, to compete with modern hotels.
Pros:

Hotel has a great location, on Marine Drive, walking distance to Churchgate Metro station (Aqua Line) and very close to the other South Bombay attractions.
Hotel has an 'old world' feel to the property.
Excellent breakfast, with a nice view of Marine drive.

Cons:

Hotel is definitely in need of renovation and update, in terms of room fittings, amenities etc.
Bathrooms are adequate, but not very large.
Small issues were encountered over 2 nights: for e.g. the TVs in the room required subscription updates, and one of the TVs did not have an active TV channel subscription.
