Excellent stay and value for money.
Pros:

Location and food was excellent. There was some issue with parking, but that’s understandable in the said area.

Cons:

The bed was too soft and I had a very soar back the next day.

Good, but does not feel like a 5-star hotel - check if others with the same price are available
Pros:

The place is truly beautiful and very well located, with a great view. Staff is nice. Breakfast is ok.

Cons:

This is not really a 5 star hotel. It is a good 4 star one. Staff is nice but services are kinda lacking, the whole space looks quite old, a few things need to be renovated (such as the pool), materials (linen, towels, mattress) are not top quality, the gym is just a very small room with a treadmill, weights and one leg machine.

The air conditioning was below expectations. The room felt vey hot at times and this factor should definitely be looked into by the Management.

Comfortable stay
Pros:

Awesome location facing the legendary Marine Drive. Sumptuous breakfast spread coupled with friendly and courteous service. Comfortable rooms.

Excellent view of the ocean if you book sea view rooms
Pros:

Think my charges for three nights were quite high. Last time I stayed I paid similar amount fir two rooms.

Good stay
Pros:

Stayed here for one night after a long time must say the ocean view from the room is to die for very comfortable bed . Housekeeping very attentive rooms are large stayed in a sea view room . However they need to fix the phone and do some refurbishment to the room and bathroom the toilet tap has tape on it and furniture needs polishing . Food was ok the breakfast was good . The front desk staff needs to be more polished specially when you paying top dollar way more than what other 5 star hotels near the airport charge . I forgot my charger they have wireless charging in the room which is good .Overall a decent boutique hotel at the marine drive .
