room was small, but workable. Quiet

Good one night stay
Pros:

Clean room, good shower, and very comfortable bed. Plenty of parking spaces. The staff are very friendly and professional. Good walking distance to Uptown Mall. We stayed in a room with a kitchenette. Thank you for making it a pleasant stay.

Great value and great staff.
Pros:

Everything was great. The staff was super. The bed was comfortable enough, but could have used better bedding. For the price though, it was really good. I loved having the kitchenette there.

Cons:

Maybe a bit thicker, or bigger bedding. I like pulling the covers up over my shoulders, but it wasn't a deal breaker.

Not as described, disappointing & uncomfortable.
Pros:

Location was good & it was clean.

Cons:

Our 1 bedroom suite with sofa bed (sleeps up to 5) was not as described on either Booking.com or hotel’s own website. The ‘Queen size’ sofa bed was barely suitable for 2 small children & totally inadequate for my adult son. Staff were totally disinterested & unwilling to resolve this issue. Booking.com contacted the property when we complained but the hotel would not engage with them.
