The location was perfect to walk around and experience some local attractions.
Staff were helpful and kind.
An elevator was out and the bathroom could use an update.
The free breakfast at the restaurant looked good but there was a wait so we did not stay to experience.
Location was great for closeness…to the ballpark.
They were working on the elevators…so it was inconvenient.
Staff was very cordial and helpful.
Valet, placement, and rooms!!!!
Nothing
Location and comfort
The cleanliness. The sink was partially clogged and room service didn’t clean the room
Location, would be easy for games at both stadiums.
Hotel is under construction which made it difficult to get from floor to floor. Had initial issues with cleanliness in our first room but it was quickly rectified with a room relocation.
Great location for the price, spacious room with fully equipped kitchen and appliances, beautiful design
The only downside is the noise coming from the outside but that’s not the hotel’s fault so just bring some good ear plugs for a good night sleep
This hotel was not up to par with other Hotel Indigo I've been to, that's for sure. I tried to check in early so they would just notify me when the rooms are ready but the girl was snippy with me and told me no it can't happen. I've never ever had any problems with any other hotel in US or across the pond to be able to check in early and just get notified when room was ready. Found that kind of weird.
Area: Great area and right across the street from Progressive Field and near Rocket arena. Very walkable to lots of restaurants and bars.
Parking: Ridiculously, $54/night and valet service is slow and lines of cars out in front with no valet guys around at all. Not sure if they only had one guy working or what. There's a parking ramp across the street but beware you have to pay every time you go in/out and when there's an event in area, it may very well be full depending on the time you get there.
Elevators: They are the slowest elevators I've probably ever been in and only ONE is working. Probably why they are renovating them. Luckily we didnt get a room/floor where there were doing work because they were jack hammering very loudly at early hours in the morning.
Rooms: We happened to get a wheelchair accessible room (not handicapped) which was nice and big but I could tell it was one of their older rooms just by grungy curtains and doors to bathroom and room were junky. We had to forcefully slam our door shut in order for it to close. The bathroom had old floor and the shower was the most shocking. It was the type of floor that you'd fine in a public pool shower. I seriously wished i brought some flip flops at that point. It was a accessibe shower so there was just a flimsy curtain that you shut but it obviously didnt stop the water from going all over the bathroom floor. I had to mop up a mess afterwards. The beds were comfortable and seemed clean. The charging ports next to the beds did not work either USB or Plug. That was frustrating. We were very happy we were staying there for only one night because honestly, I dont think I would be able to stay in that room for any more nights. Another thing, the air in the room is not central air controlled by thermostat. It controlled by a unit in the room this is obnoxiously loud. Thankfully, I had an extra pillow for over my head plus ear plugs.
*NOTE: Scary thing that happened*
In the evening while I was in bed reading and my husband was sleeping, I hear some voices outside our door then knocking on my door. They did NOT say "room service whatsoever". They pounded again not saying anything and as I was reaching the door a man tried to get into the room. I slammed the door shut and yelled at him, he tried to open it again and I yelled again. At this point, by husband is getting out of bed (he didnt hear the knocking) and went to the door. The man at the door asked if we requested towels (we did NOT). After that, the man left and nothing else happened. I thankfully, had deadbolt and door gaurd placed on our door like I alwasys do but this door could have easily been kicked in due to the quality of it and the filmy saftey locks. I have no idea if this was suspicious activity or was really just an honest error on one of the staff's behalf. It was a scary situation indeed for me and I'm glad my husband was there with me.
Needless to say, I will not be back to this hotel. I'll gladly spend more money to stay at another hotel a little furter from the arena/field than deal with this place again.
Chambre spacieuse et propre, personnel très gentil et toujours souriant ! Très bien situé pour découverte à pied et le sport.
The bed was extremely comfortable
There were 3 of us and only 2 complimentary breakfast vouchers.
Valet parking took forever to bring our car
Convenience to the events and price
Location.
Bed lined old and uncomfortable, bathroom tube curtain with hair. Price too expensive.
