Worth the money
Pros:

Staff (Kaitlyn) was very attentive and helpful. Good value hotel that’s super close to Rocket Arena.

Cons:

Can be loud at night with people walking by, leaving parking garage etc.

Really perfect hotel for out one night stay. You won't regret it.
Pros:

The bed and pillows were divine! The staff so nice, even when we got in later than expected. The lobby had cucumber ice water, and we were able to take a quick walk down the block to grab a drink after a very long and rainy drive. Super hot and strong shower pressure, and nice decor, too! Definitely recommend Hotel Indigo for your Cleveland travels :)

Cons:

There was an elevator that was out of order, but that happens.

Is in the BEST part of town for baseball and basketball events.
Pros:

Breakfast average.
Location to events more than 10 stars.
Literally 4 minute walk to stadiums.
Staff very friendly and attentive.

Cons:

First night, couldn’t sleep, had to turn on the radio to block noises in the wall.
Yes, I said noises in the room wall.
Found out the next day it was elevator noises, in an old building.
Even though I wasn’t near an elevator.
Next day a new room.
All was better.

Was only there overnight and was pleased with my stay. Beds are comfy and room was beautiful.
Pros:

The breakfast was delicious and I enjoyed how fresh it was.

Cons:

The night time front desk person just wasn’t as welcoming as I would have hoped. The woman in the morning during check out was much more upbeat & polite.
