Pros:

Valet Parking - it was convenient and easy to leave and get the car through their online system

Front desk staff - there was one front desk staff member who was Filipino, she was very accommodating and friendly. But there was another front desk staff member whose name was Julia; she worked near the end of the afternoon until evening. She was not friendly at all.

Cons:

Location - It was in the downtown area. It was our first time in Cleveland, and we just decided to stop over before heading to Chicago. We didn't expect the downtown area to feel like a ghost town. There were a lot of homeless people around the area. There was even a time while we were waiting for our car that a homeless guy went inside the lobby and attempted to ask for money/food from us. The staff then directed the guy out of the hotel lobby, but it was scary.

Room - It seems like the room was not cleaned. It was so dusty that we ended up having allergic rhinitis from the dust. We saw makeup stains (foundation) on the blanket (it looks like they haven't changed the blanket) and a strand of hair on the bed.
Before we checked out, we double-checked the room to make sure that we hadn't left anything. To our surprise, while looking under the chair, we found a child's Crocs shoe. It goes to show that the room was not properly cleaned.

Location is amazing for baseball games and it’s very easy to get to off the highway

Cons:

The elevators are terrible. Slow and not enough. They are working on them one at a time so at least improvements are being made.

It was fine; restaurant experience kinda ruined it.
Pros:

Room was clean.

Cons:

It look about a half hour for the server to take my order. There was also a yelling match in the back between members of the staff during that time. The food came out quickly after I ordered; however, the compote on my waffle was ice cold clearly coming from a can in the fridge. I don’t blame the server because the restaurant was clearly understaffed.

I would never stay here again and the price I paid was outrageous for what I got in return.
Pros:

Location was about the only thing that I enjoyed about the hotel although the valet service was a pain.

Cons:

I could go on and on here but I won’t. I thought I was checking into what seemed to be a very upscale hotel. No. That is not what i checked into. Poor quality refurbishment on an old hotel to make it look new.
