wanted to share some feedback from our stay last night when we were in town for the Cavs game.
First, I just want to say your staff was genuinely great—everyone we interacted with was really kind, helpful, and quick to fix things, which we appreciated.
We did have a couple issues, though. When we first checked in, the room didn’t have the sleeper sofa we were told it would, so we had to switch rooms. Not a huge deal, and I appreciate how quickly that was handled, but the bathtub in the original room was also dirty, so I’m glad we moved.
In the new room, we also had trouble with the air conditioner, which didn’t seem to be working properly and made the room uncomfortable.
The biggest issue was early the next morning. For over an hour, there was a lot of noise right outside our room from housekeeping. It wasn’t just normal talking—it was loud conversations, laughing that honestly sounded like shouting, slamming things around, and what sounded like garbage bags being opened over and over again. It was constant and right outside our door, so it completely woke us up and made it impossible to get back to sleep.
There were also people yelling outside, but the noise from the hallway was really the main problem.
I totally understand that hotels are busy, but that level of noise for that long, especially that early, was pretty frustrating and not what we expected.
I’m sharing this because I do think something like this should be looked into, and I’d really appreciate if you could consider some type of partial refund or credit toward our stay.
Thanks again for the kindness from your staff—we did notice and appreciate that. I just wish the overall experience had matched that.

Property was easily accessible, very nice and helpful staff members.
Shower floors looked unmaintained.

Really don't have a negative
We always stay here when we go to Cleveland. It is always clean and the staff is always very nice.
It isn’t really a dislike, but our toilet wasn’t acting right. We called front desk and they got it fixed somewhat but we had to hold the handle down to make it flush.
Close to downtown Arena & other stadium
My car was not secured when valet took it and someone had gone thru the car, I don’t believe anything was taken as I had removed all valuable items in advance
It was perfect for our quick trip to the CAVS game. Good location. Excellent staff, friendly and knowledgeable.
Hallway smelled a little funky but the room didn’t.
Excellent location if attending an event at Rocket Arena.
Parking is valet or use the parking garage across from the hotel. Parking is pricey either way.
If using the garage, make sure to have your phone ready. Scan the QR code and follow the instructions to add your vehicle and credit card information. There are no parking lot attendants.
