Great Room, Great Location
Pros:

Booked a king suite, and it was huge with a great view up East Washington to the capitol. Very clean and nicely appointed. Staff was helpful. We will return.

Pros:

Room was clean.

Cons:

A couple of staff members got into a very serious fight. The manager had to intervene and the police were called.
The shower seemed small and water pressure weak.
The valet service was very slow Thursday morning. Had to wait over 30 minutes to get our vehicle.

This is fine, but expensive for what it is.
Pros:

I was in an accessible room. It was genuinely very spacious, plenty of room not just for a travel chair, but one of the larger electric ones. But many of the other features of the room were not quite right. There was one rail for the toilet, it was a little low, and the bath towels were hung on it like a towel rack. It would be a little difficult in this set up to easily transfer. But the features were there! Shower was roll in, collapsible bench in the shower, genuinely made a true effort at being accessible.Emergency pulls in several places, doors appropriately sized.

Bed was comfortable, everything worked in the room.

Cons:

The room smelled a little weird, and elements of the room were weird. Like the curtains were too short for one window (3 inches of the window were just not covered at the bottom of the curtains), and the curtains were too long on the other two. No overhead lighting, and the main standing lamp is unreachable behind an armchair if you are wheelchair bound. Just an odd mix of helpful features and head scratchers. Big gap under the room doors meant that anything happening in the hallway was basically in the room.

Cons:

Not a good value, high rate still didn’t come with breakfast. We had to park a few blocks away for better rate. One elevator was out of order so we had long waits. Wish there was at least free coffee in the lobby.

Good stay, wish it was a longer one
Pros:

Liked that it was so close to Progressive stadium, this was our 6th time staying here.

Cons:

They were remodeling one of the lobby elevators and we didn't have a room where we could use the elevator by the restaurant so it took a while to get to our room because everyone was using the lobby elevator when some could have used the other elevator.
