The location is excellent
Location, comfort, breakfast with a view, and friendly stuff.
The free breakfast was great.
The bathroom set up with the open toilet and the barn door arrangement was loud and ill-planned.
The HVAC system was loud and either too cold or too hot. :(
Location was great! Close to restaurants, the park, and all the things!
Not one thing.
Comfortable bed and best breakfast in all the hotels we have stayed in
Nothing
Great location. Spacious rooms. Value for money. Loved our stay here.
None.
Super hôtel, jacuzzi, piscine et bonfire.
Très bon petit déjeuner inclus en buffet à volonté.
Manque d'isolation entre les chambres.
Pas de micro-onde
Location and cleanliness
Front desk personnel. Courteous but ineffective. Never emailed my final bill.
Room had king bed 1 foot away from window air conditioner which blew on us all night. No valet parking had to drag luggage across parking area
We could not even stay. We had reserved our room months ahead of Memorial weekend and same day we got a call saying we had to come to a different hotel they chose as they had oversold. They give me no time to find an alternative or even decide if I wanted something else. On top, they still charged me for the room I had not used and had to call them for a refund.
Bad customer service experience and very disappointing as the hotel they sent us to was same price but lower quality. I would have never chosen that one
Room decor & comfort
Wish we could have stayed longer
Très bel hôtel situé à côté de l entrée de Zion.
Chambre grande et confortable pour 4.
La piscine est très appréciable.
Le petit-déjeuner est bon.
L intérieur et l extérieur sont très jolis
Rien
Immaculate room, well designed and recently renovated, comfortable beds (2 queen), selection of pillows (soft/med). Room includes separate lounge area, desk, and safe. Lobby has modern cabin feel and fun decor with lots of seating for large or small groups, plus a breakfast area and separate bar space. Location for access to Zion is perfect! I stayed 2 nights. Arrived very late. Overnight check-in staff, Jayce, was top-notch. He's a real asset to the property. He was super friendly, helpful and accommodating. Great info on park and restaurant recommendations. 24 hour coffee/tea is a nice touch and was very welcome. Left very early my first morning to catch sunrise in park. As expected, breakfast was not out yet, but cold cereal was staged. Jayce grabbed me some milk and a piece of fruit to help fuel my 13 hour Odessey in the park. Much appreciated! Outdoor amenities were nice. I sat by the fire pit for a short while after a full day in the park and dinner. The whole back area provides nice environment to relax and enjoy a view of the mountains and a small stream. Full breakfast bar (included) was very good on my check out day. Again, great staff. Poppy at front desk lent me an ice scraper to clean the frost from my rental's windows. They've thought of everything! I booked off season (just after holiday rush) and got a great rate. I would definitely stay again.
All good!
The location was great. The furniture was comfortable. The view was decent.
The door side reveal was uneven giving the ability to spy into the room, the dead bolt barely locked and it made it noisy from the hallway traffic and doors shutting. The bathroom sliding door did not provide adequate privacy for a family of four. It didn't lock and didn't completely cover the doorway. The building they set us up in did not have elevators and we had a cart full of luggage we had to make numerous trips to load/unload. The room was very small for the price, we will definitely not return.
It’s not only near the entrance to Zion National Park, but borders the lovely Springdale River Park.
There is nothing not to like.
