Good overall experience.
Pros:

Hotel was newly purchased and renovated by Hyatt. Everything was kike new. Very clean. Pool, hot tub, and fire pit were very enjoyable.

Cons:

I had to extend my reservation by 1 night. They took advantage and increased the cost of that night from $200 to $430 for that night. Thought it was excessive since my stay was already 6 days. I think they could have accomodated better.

We were so happy we stayed there.
Pros:

Room was very comfortable. Staff were great. We had dinner in the bar. The employee there was great. She gave us perfect plans for visiting Zion for the next morning and was very friendly and helpful. We loved our stay! We will recommend it!

Coup de coeur à Springdale, parc de Zion. Un hôtel juste parfait !
Pros:

Cet hôtel à Springdale est juste parfait. Nous avions réservé une chambre familiale avec une amie : très grand chambre, un grand lit et dans une autre partie isolée un lit superposé. Une grande salle de bains.
L'accueil est parfait (assez rare pour être souligné), le personnel souriant, il vous renseigne sur l'hôtel et sur le parc avec son fonctionnement, le petit déjeuner est excellent (café gratuit en permanence dans l'entrée), le cadre exceptionnel avec piscine, jacuzzi, et nombreux salons extérieurs pour se retrouver entre amis. Sur 3 semaines de voyage, notre coup de coeur.

Amazing room and location! Highly recommend at the price I had.
Pros:

I may have gotten a great deal $230 a night for a family suite. The pool/hot tub/fire pit were all great. You have a great view in the back. Free breakfast before hiking was awesome. The location made it easy to walk to restaurants as well as take the Springdale shuttle to the Zion Visitor’s Center to pick up the Zion shuttle.

Cons:

The soundproofing was not great, so I’d suggest bringing ear plugs. There was not lotion in my room.
