Dissatisfied and Disgusted
Pros:

It was close to the venue.

Cons:

The desk attendant during the day locked us out of our room. The room was hot & not clean.... the carpet was dirty! The bathroom was dirty & the tub didn't drain properly. I paid over $200 to stay in a nasty room & couldn't shower!

I was happy
Pros:

It was close to what we came for. I really liked the room. The staff was why more then I expected, she was so nice and informative. If I go back, I would stay there.

Cons:

The water in the shower was either cold or burning hot. We could not make it warm if our lives depended on it.

My stay was relaxing and easy, which is exactly what I wanted.
Pros:

I liked everything, honestly, from the check-in process to getting to my room to the convenience of this property when it came to the place I was going in Arlington. The front desk staff members I encountered were also incredibly kind, patient, and accommodating.

Cons:

I have absolutely zero complaints. I do wish I'd stayed longer so I could have experienced the pool, but that's not the hotel's fault at all.
