I liked everything, honestly, from the check-in process to getting to my room to the convenience of this property when it came to the place I was going in Arlington. The front desk staff members I encountered were also incredibly kind, patient, and accommodating.
I have absolutely zero complaints. I do wish I'd stayed longer so I could have experienced the pool, but that's not the hotel's fault at all.
The staff was wonderful and very inviting.
Comfortable room, friendly staff. Room was clean.
The layout of the room was kind of weird. Not bad. Just weird
Breakfast food was delicious.
The whole reason I picked this location was because they had a nice pool. Our AC at our home was broken so we wanted to take our child to a hotel with a decent pool to cool off, but the pool was closed for our entire stay.. very disappointing. Then I was charged a pet cleaning fee, and we had no pets! When I called to get that fixed, the lady that I spoke to said they would take care of it. She did not. I had to call again 3 days later to ask for it to be fixed again. That person actually fixed while I was still on the phone with her so I appreciated that. But I don’t know why we were charged to begin with! It was myself, my husband, and my 2 year old. No pets.
It was clean.
No pool.
Location, price, breakfast
Our bed linens smelled like urine, the sink was clogged and the use of one elevator and how after one night we had to go reactivate our key cards to get into the building and our room
Staff was friendly
No microwave in room breakfast wasn’t as pictured, elevator went out had to use stairs and I have a bad knee. Bathroom wasn’t as pictured small. Pool area wasn’t as pictured . Beds were hard and uncomfortable . TV didn’t work when downloaded app. according to what was stated. Only reason I didn’t move to different location didn’t want to loose my money. I wouldn’t return or suggest.
I love the space and cleaniness.
One elevator was down the whole 5 nights I was there. This made it difficult to get to my room or to the lobby right away.
The hotel was nice and comfortable! Great breakfast and the staff were wonderful and attentive!
The location is convenient if you need this area: about 20 minutes by Uber from Dallas airport and around 15 minutes to AT&T Stadium in Arlington 🚕 For its price, the hotel was acceptable.
Breakfast was decent — simple, but enough to eat in the morning. It was served in the common area near the reception, with the kitchen nearby. There is also a water cooler downstairs, which was useful 💧
The gym is small and basic, but still available for a quick workout.
The hotel feels quite old, and the rooms are tired and worn out. The overall design also feels outdated. There was no safe in the room, the sink was located inside the room, and the air conditioner was noisy. There was also no bottled water in the room.
Housekeeping was a bit strange: after cleaning, all towels disappeared, and when we called, we were told to come to reception to get new ones.
Also, despite many World Cup guests staying there, there were no special services or support for football fans.
Dejé mis lentes en la habitación, hablé para reclamarlos y me dijeron que no había ningunos lentes!
Que mal plan!
The only thing I can say about this hotel is that it is very good, though there are things that need improvement. Only one elevator was working, and my room wasn't as cool as I had expected; perhaps they could put microwaves in the rooms in case you want to heat something up. Some of the receptionists were disrespectful—failing to greet or even ignoring the customer—though I understand that sometimes this can stem from racism. Aside from that, everything else seemed fine to me...
The staff was very cheerful even though they were overworked. Seemed to me like there wasn’t enough staff at the front.
The hotel was located in an area that wasn’t what I expected. It wasn’t as clean in the common areas and the room air conditioner seemed weak resulting in a warm room. The telephone didn’t work. Just seemed like it cost a lot but didn’t get the Hyatt experience.
