Hotel Stay
Pros:

Hotel was very clean, nice amenities and service was good. We stayed there for a basketball tournament in Mansfield. Thank you.

I will probably stay at the other Hyatt place near by.
Pros:

It's located conveniently next to the highway. The entrance is hidden behind a gas station. The room is clean but dated.

They overbooked even after verbal confirmation of booking
Pros:

Nothing because they sold my room to someone else.

Cons:

Hotel overbooked me even after they confirmed my reservation via phone call. I did not have a place to spend the night and had to paid over $200 on uber to go for nothing.

Another bad experience at Hyatt
Pros:

I come to Texas every couple of weeks or at least monthly. I stay at Hyatt properties. This particular property is not up to par. 3 things, first room not cleaned even after I asked for a daily cleaning. Tonight at 7:30 pm I came in and was told the bar is closed and there is no food. When I go to my room it is not cleaned and replenished. My next move is to go down and get coffee for in the morning. The person running the desk let me know that they don’t have regular coffee only decaf. Apparently under new ownership. I would say not for long as people just won’t come back.
Not good.

Pros:

Second time staying here. Staff are friendly and accommodating. The location is perfect for anything you want to do in the Arlington area. Hotel is quiet and clean.

I probably would not stay here again.
Pros:

It was a place to sleep. Staff was quick to fix the phone that didn’t work in the room. Staff was friendly.

Cons:

Front desk person was on phone when I arrived to check in. I had to say hi to her for her to realize someone was standing there. The battery in the smoke detector was bad which made the smoke detector beep beep beep so my husband got a battery from the front desk to replace it. The sink and mirror is not convenient and light over sink disturbs the person still in bed before there is no wall or door to separate. The bathroom has no ventilation fan and no mirror or trash can in the bathroom.

Hyatt Stay Nov 2025
Pros:

Great location, close to highway but in a safe tucked off area. Breakfast included, hot with some options. Hot water for showers wasn't always available and had to shower in the cold a few times. Also TV didn't have a guide so hard to find what you wanted o way without just flipping thru channels. Also WiFi signal not strong. Staff was nice and good checkout time.

Cons:

We reserved this hotel and paid in advance with booking.com when we arrived we had to put a credit card down which is normal. After a few days the pending transaction was posted, we called the hotel to let them know about the double charge and all they said was that it was going to be fixed. I’ve called several times and have not had this issue fixed. Every time we call we are told the manager will refund it next thing in the morning but has not done anything.
