See the pics they put up, nothing like that at all, the bed was comfortable

Cons:

Once we got the trundle bed in for my daughter there was no room to move, no charging ports for phones, you couldnt use the fridge or the phone

Wir haben die eine Woche im geräumigen Eck-Rundel-Zimmer richtig genommen. Gästewaschsalon war sehr praktisch (4$pro gang), Lage nahe Central Station und China Town, Frühstück OK, Bar mit Essen und Restaurant beide probiert und für gut befunden.

Cons:

Frühstücksraum recht ungemütlich dunkel und immer sehr voll. In der Umgebung gibt es viele Frühstückslokale als Alternative.

Fit for purpose but poor customer service.
Pros:

Good location, and great transport links being near to Central Station and the Airport. Good breakfast with a nice range of food. The room was fit for purpose with 2 double beds and a clean bathroom.

Cons:

On booking we requested an early check in. We knew we would be arriving at around midday and were travelling with 2 young children. When we arrived we were told that we could gain access to our room for a $40 charge but as we had plans to go out we put our luggage into storage. When we handed our luggage over to reception the staff member said that our room was ready if we wanted to access it but another member of staff insisted that we could only access it for the fee. This seems like a total cash grab and poor customer service. By not granting us access they created more work for themselves as they took our bags to the room while we were out. This left a lasting impression of the hotel.
