Pros:

Tolle Lage im Zentrum von Chambéry - gutes Frühstück mit lokalen Produkten. Das Personal ist sehr bemüht, alle etwaigen Probleme zu beheben.

Cons:

Das Zimmer entsprach nicht den Inhalten der Buchung: ich hatte weder Aufzug in Nähe, noch eine Aussicht. Das gebuchte "Superieur" Zimmer war ein Standard DZ. Ich konnte das Zimmer gewechselt. Schade, dass es im Zimmer keine Möglichkeit gab, einen Tee zu nehmen. Eigentlich ist das mittlerweile Standard.

Chambre familiale que les enfants ont adoré, tres confortable

Cons:

Thé à disposition depuis le salon en dehors de la chambre, il faut s'organiser à 2 pour le ramener bouillant dans la chambre dans la petite tasse avec la porte assez lourde de la chambre à ouvrir avec le badge...pas très pratique

Comfortable, stylish hotel in central Chambery, ideal for overnight or a weekend.
Pros:

Nice quiet, reasonably large room. The bathroom is a bit narrow, but very well appointed and clean. The hotel staff are friendly and helpful. The hotel is in Chambery town itself, so very close to bars, restaurants, shops etc.

Cons:

I can't think of anything negative to say about this hotel!
