Lovely interior, perfect location and great staff
No aircon and was during a heatwave so was like a sauna
Great location
The towels had quite a few marks on them. I’m sure they were clean but just doesn’t look great
Lovely big room and couldn’t get a better sea view. Staff on booking in were lovely and friendly
Only one plug socket next to the bed which I had the fan in so couldn’t charge phone.
At 10 am not dressed from shower a male cleaner let himself in and saw me getting dressed. Apologised an left. I didn’t have any noise on si it really fitted me. Mortified for a neurodivergent like me! On checking out I informed the gentleman on the desk who simply said ‘I will tell them’ no I’m sorry this happened or anything! Such a shame.
Hotel was lovely, staff pleasant but no food available in hotel for dinner as bistro was closed and no bar food was available either.
There was nowhere within reasonable walking distance to eat out and with the hotel bistro being closed I had to get Deliveroo for dinner. This was disappointing and not at all what I ex pected. Local places only open when there is a show on at the Cliffs Pavilion.
Incredible view and location
Beds where very hard and room was incredibly hot on the 4th floor, asked for extra fan but didn’t get one
We paid for a small double which was adequate and good value. We had a sea view.
The fan provided was ineffective, luckily it cooled down by bedtime.
Fantastic service, staff friendly, great location, very pretty inside the hotel. Breakfast was very fresh and loveley
Suggestion to include a more varied hot selection of drinks in room
The place just needs to be loved that's all
view, location, breakfast
bathroom needs updating
Lovely location close to town and beach.
Room was tired and shower very small and poor drainage.
Property is close to beach front and town.
Extremely dated. No aircon in rooms or throughout the hotel. No accessible access for pushchairs or wheelchairs. Limited to 1 fan per room even in family rooms. Sink would constantly block and drainage issues leading to foul smell in bathroom
Style
Old needs a light refurbish
Good location and very good bar and lounge
No usb in room for phone
The bath and general comfort, no disturbing noise, wonderful staff
Freeview signal was a tiny bit iffy (England WC game was on ITV that eve)
