Cons:

Bath in bathroom was dirty. No hot water and cigarette butt left on floor. Arrived at Hotel very late. Went straight to bed. Had to contact Reception in the morning to try and get something done. Hot water restored but bath still dirty.

Was moved to another room so I could clean up before leaving. Manager wouldn't be at Hotel until mid afternoon so I couldn't see him to complain.

Never again back the hotel very expensive and not good at all

My room was very hot and heating on and I was insisting for them to put heating off and also the shower was very hot water and not turning cold and the fan was not working well , the breakfast no option for vegeterian or halal and not worth the price , staff not nice

Pros:

Breakfast was great. BUT coffee and tea need improvement. A bowl.of coffee granules is poor.

Room and all hotel smart and clean.

Relaxing when not using the stairs, lovely location, perfect for walking and wonderful staff
Pros:

Location was great, breakfast good, lovely room, nice and specious. Staff was very helpful and friendly. The location was perfect. Lovely view and very good for walking.

Cons:

Stairs were narrow and my cousin has issues with her leg, which is a new problem and she is not good with small space, therefore she could not use the lift. The stairs were also a bit to much for her. I viewed 2 rooms on the first floor but they were very small and she could not move due to the size of the room
