Pros:

I really like the fact that the lodging area is separated by a large parking lot from the casino, and is much quieter as a result. The staff were friendly and helpful, but won't clean your room unless you request it. A nice, central location between Santa Fe, Taos and Abiquiu. We will definitely stay there again.

Pros:

Rooms are a little run down- not up to date as far as charging stations for phones and such. Rooms kind of smell like cigarette smoke. I remember staying at this hotel when it first opened around 2012 or so, and the rooms were beautiful and it had a restaurant in the hotel. I'm not sure what happened. For the price its decent and I always stay at this hotel when I'm in the area because it's affordable.

Pros:

The day we checked in the lady the counter was not friendly at ALL!! She acted like she was bothered by us! The telephone in our room didn’t work, the pillows were horrible, the remote control worked only when it wanted to. We were expecting nice rooms as the description it gave online, we were VERY DISAPPOINTED! The cleaning ladies were the only ones that were great!

Very conveniently located for Española, Los Alamos and Santa Fe. Reasonably priced. Comfortable. It is a bit dated and several of our light bulbs were burned out. Soda from machine was warm, bathroom door wouldn’t close. Parking was very convenient to our room. In room refrigerator and microwave were great amenities.

The room was comfortable and clean, I had a microwave and a small refrigerator. Perfect for a golf week with my buddy. When we checked in we were greeted with a little bit of attitude but she warmed up to me. Courtyard was nice and they have a good outdoor smoking area. Easy walking to local places. Easy walk to the large casino.

Crowded and uncomfortable
Pros:

Beds way too small supposed to accommodate 4 people! There was 3 of us and we were crowded. Staff was great. Good coffee

Close to where we needed to be- Pet friendly, although no poop bags outside and areas to take our dog were filled with stickers Loved having Pinon coffee in morning Room good size and would suggest a chair for desk.
