I would definitely return to this hotel. Great staff, perfect room and a very good location.
Pros:

I asked for a quiet room and that is what I got. It was great.
The room also had the best shower that I have had in a hotel room. Perfect.

Cons:

A few more milks for the drinks would have been good

Pros:

Hotel situato in posizione eccezionale,pulito,dotato di ogni comfort.
Check out libero con deposito bagagli utilissimo.
Se dovessi tornare a Londra prenoterò sicuramente la stessa struttura

Muy limpio. Buen desayuno.

Cons:

Cuando ponias la calefacion al rato se ponía el aire frío como si estubiera capado el aire caliente. En la ducha no hay Mampara y el agua se va por todo el baño.

Poor. poor customer service during check in time.

My flight was early so i reached at the hotel at around 9 am.
I had requested for early check in before i reached the hotel. I know its not mandatory for hotel to provide me early check in so i understand not allowing it it but i was there from 9am till 2 am waiting for check in and disappointing part is they didn’t give a shit about it and put 0 effort to get the room ready on time. Although i kept on requesting them about it and funny thing is they started allowing the people with European backgrounds an early check in who arrived away later than me.
Even worse they were still not ready to allow me to check in even when the check in time had started.
Very very poor customer service attitude.
