Hard to believe this was a 4 star hotel
Should be more a average 3 star hotel
After four decades staying at four and five star hotels, this is one of the poorest breakfast I have ever had. Everything in the hotel looks very tired even round by the swimming pool the wood is breaking up which can be very dangerous.

I prepaid for a room advertised with a pool view. Upon arrival, I was assigned a room that overlooked the neighboring building’s balcony rather than the pool. When I questioned the assignment, the receptionist informed me the hotel was sold out and no pool-view rooms were available. However, the hotel’s online booking system continued to show multiple pool-view rooms as available, leading me to believe I was not provided the room category I had purchased.

In addition, the hotel’s air conditioning was repeatedly turned off for extended periods during the hottest part of the day, making the room extremely uncomfortable and, at times, unbearable. When I contacted the front desk, I was told the air conditioning was broken and being repaired. Based on a previous stay where the same situation occurred, I do not believe this explanation was accurate. While the reception area remained cool, the guest rooms became excessively hot.

The breakfast included with the stay was of very poor quality. The food appeared to be stale or reheated, the fruit selection was extremely limited, the coffee was poor, and the dining room service created excessive noise while clearing dishes, making the experience unpleasant. After eating the breakfast, I became ill with diarrhea.

The overall condition of the room also fell well below the standard expected of a four-star hotel. Basic amenities were lacking or of poor quality, including worn towels, no facial tissues, and diluted personal care products.

The issues were significant enough that we ended our stay early. At approximately 10:00 p.m., on July 6, 2026 we checked out and paid to move to another hotel because the conditions at this property were no longer acceptable.

Because the hotel failed to provide the room category that was purchased and the accommodations were substantially below the advertised standard, with no Air Conditioning I am requesting that this charge be reversed and I receive an full refund.

The walls were paper thin so you'd hear everything in the next room. The door on the toilets were sliding doors so you had no secrets when you had to shit. Shampoo and conditioner mixed in the containers in the shower. The walls also seemed to have mold in them. Our friends had an ant infestation in theirs so they changed rooms, but the next day the room was already occupied with other guests. You had to pay extra to stay in the main building otherwise you had to go through a maze to find your room. Also the elevator there was sketchy AF. The main pool had dreadful stairs to get in and out of, and no step to help you get in or out of the smaller side of the pool. The staff did not inform us about the extra pool or where it was located so we only found it on our second to last day. There was a member of the staff that was so stressed while working the bar that he made everyone notice, which was really unprofessional. The breakfast was at most OK, the bacon always undercooked.

Personnel sympathique, qui essaie de se rendre disponible, mais en nombre très insuffisant, d'ou une attente importante au petit déjeuner et au restaurant, avec une carte insuffisante. Deck de la piscine non adapté à la chaleur d'ou des brulures importantes sous la voute plantaire. Réponse de l'accueil à ce problème : c'est normal, il fait chaud (30°)

Trop de bruit les nuits....

Ive stayed here once before and had to listen to a barking dog all night, even with patio door shut I got no sleep. This time UNBELIEVABLY someone across the road from my room which was in the main complex above reception had a Turkey or Large Parrot which Screeched at ridiculous levels all day, every day! I was hoping they were going to cook it!
Also, the Hotel is quite remote and the nearest shops are far. Yet there absolutely no drinks facilities before 7.30am! Not even a dispenser!
