I arrived late and did a last minute booking and the hostess was extremely polite and kind. Lady Jane was a highlight of a very exhausting stay and made things easier.

I have been staying here for 20 years pre and post holiday and this is the first time I have been disappointed. The room we had clearly had been smoked in recently and although some type of cleaning had tried to get rid of the smell.. it smelled.

Great location- an easy covered walk from the airport. Note it is close to the train station and T2 is closer than T3. Good breakfast and helpful staff.
Signage from T3 could be better. Looks a little dated but remains very comfortable.
Location near terminal 2 is ideal for a 5.00am flight
Luggage was stored till room was ready after a change to our inbound uk flight.

In general the reception staff were great.
Easy access and nice comfortable room.
A member of staff in the lounge argued with us.
We entered the lounge at four and there were no alcoholic drinks and no staff around.
I called reception and they said they would send someone, no one came. At 5.45 a member of staff came out and told us that they don't open up until 5pm, when I stated it was 4pm he went in a rant .

Good selection for breakfast. Friendly staff. Rooms are spacious and sound proofed for a good night sleep.
A little pricey, but overall worth it, considering the excellent location.
