Da jeg skulle betale for frokosten måtte jeg forklare hva jeg hadde spist. Damen holdt hånda over kortleseren. Trodde ikke på meg når jeg sa jeg hadde spist continental breakfast, og ikke full english. Ubehagelig.

Not as pleasant as a usual stay - hopefully a one off.
Pros:

Property is close to the terminal for easy drop off of luggage etc.
Exec rooms with lounge access generally pleasant and lovely to have drinks and nibbles whilst overlooking the airport.
Staff are always friendly and welcoming.

Cons:

Unfortunately on our last visit there were people in the lounge using foul language and loudly. It was so offensive that we went to the little M bar and bought drinks and a meal. Not our usual experience. Other people did comment as they were leaving the lounge.
