Cons:

It was confusing as to where the check in desk was, not sign posted the best. It also took a while to check in.
There was only 1 small bar and the TV had a children’s film on (we wanted The Grand Prix) and there wasn’t a lot of selection for food in the main bar. The bar lacked atmosphere unlike othwr aiport hotels we have stayed in.

Just amazing! Our stay at the Radisson was a perfect start to our holiday to Cancun!
Pros:

Extremely close to terminal 2! Just a short walk with heavy suitcases! Staff extremely professional and friendly. Upgraded to a suite for our 30th wedding anniversary with a complementary bottle of Prosecco on ice on our room! Just amazing!

Quick Overnight stay before an early flight
Pros:

Great location, just along the covered walkway from T2 ..... Restaurant reasonable £ with friendly staff. The room was great too, very comfy beds.

Poor and not up to the highest standards that the hotel advertise.

The convenience for an early flight.

Cons:

1. No grab and go breakfast unlike most of the other hotels in the area, including those which are a lot cheaper. When I asked the receptionist about this facility, she was quite abrupt with me. Unfortunately, my tariff had included breakfast. If I had known there was no grab and go I would have tried to find a cheaper tariff . As a result I was extremely disappointed.
2. I was put into a room with a connecting door and the people in the other room were so noisy I could not sleep properly and I had to be up at 4 am. I did knock on the door and ask them to be quiet and they were for about 30 seconds and then continued laughing and giggling all through the night until 2 am.
3. The lifts were continually going up and down until the late hours of the night and it constantly disturbed my sleep.
4. I did not find the staff to be friendly and welcoming.
5. The only reason to stay here is because of the convenience for the airport.
I am extremely disappointed as I have recently recommended this this hotel to my sister and I’m not worried that she won’t get a good night sleep before her early flight and I’m embarrassed at having recommended the place.
I have stayed here multiple times and this was by far my worst visit.
