Good Hotel - Great Location
Pros:

Excellent location and very clean and well maintained room. Idea for catching the early flights out of Manchester without stress. All terminal within walking distance

Comfortable Bed

Cons:

The runway room window was blocked by a building, the only way to view any runway was to stand in the corner of the window to see anything. Definitely not a runway view which is what we paid for. Always stay before we fly but will not be booking again.

Room was very clean, the bed was the best thing so comfortable.

Cons:

Shower had no hot water about 4pm when I checked in busy time maybe but 5am prior to check out was hot.

We had an early morning flight and requested a phone call from reception at 3am in order to meet the flight check in times - NEVER RECEIVED THE PHONE CALL

Good other than the over powering scent in the room
Cons:

The hotel uses an over powering air freshener in the room that I used. I tried to find the source and isolate it and couldn't an kept me awake at night.
