Fine, convenient but expensive.
Pros:

Convenient location and clean, comfortable and quiet room.

Cons:

We arrived at midnight to find the hotel locked. This is daft for an onsite airport hotel with 24 hour footfall. It made a very late check in after a long flight a hassle.

Pros:

Proximity to the airport

See what I didn’t like before reading what I liked about breakfast.
Finally I spoke to a Manager saying I’m willing to pay for a decent breakfast and was asked what I’d like and voila
- poached eggs, smoked salmon & avocado arrived!

Cons:

Getting a very large parking penalty charge for a 5 minute pickup outside the hotel.
Pick up is on the lower ground floor, but there are no notices inside the hotel either in the lifts, at reception level or at lower ground level to ask guests to let Reception know if you’re being picked up. Scenario, I was waiting downstairs with our cases my husband arrived, picked me up and we left.
As we left we saw the notice outside on exit asking you to inform Reception if you’re picking up. We spent the journey home trying to speak to someone about it to no avail. Result was we had to pay a hefty fine for less than 5 minutes.

The room had no heating when we arrived. We were given another room but had to ask for towels.

The staff at breakfast weren’t helpful about gluten & dairy free options.
Just vaguely pointed to some Schar cereal and GF dried up bread rolls which are disgusting.
Very little fruit on offer, no healthy options just a load of fried food and glutenous bread

Very disappointing!
Pros:

We always stay when we ate travelling from Manchester as the lovation is perfect for us. Food not so clever but its an airport hotel.

Cons:

We had broken glass all over the bathroom floor but we were very tired and didnt notice till my husband went to the toilet in the night and cut his foot. When we looked it was everywhere in really big pieces. Really not good which shows the floors are not cleaned. I am a Podiatrist and uncleaned floors freak me out at the beat of times!!
We told reception in morning and ask us to send an email which we did but we have hears nothing. My husband sent it, Peter Phythian though his name wasnt on the booking just mine.

Expectation! We’ve had good stays in the past!

Cons:

Last minute, due to flight cancellation, we walked into the hotel. The girl was not that pleasant and said that we had to book a room online….rather than through her! We tried, sitting in the foyer, about 5 times to book but the website kept saying that it could not complete the booking….try again! It was impossible to book online…. So we tried another hotel and simply and immediately got a room with them!
