Great Location

The room
The breakfast selection and no microwave in the room
This hotel is fine. We had an early morning flight so we got in late and left VERY early. Our room smelled strongly of marijuana but we needed to sleep and we did.
Location
Not enough places to eat in walking distance
The breakfast was fair. But the last day of our stay, they bought out the bacon and waffles and the kids loved that.
Over night staff didn’t have the same energy as 1st and 2nd shift staff.
Standard Hyatt hotel not far from the Charlotte airport.
Room was clean. Easy check in.
Breakfast was okay but I expected better.
The only annoying thing was $10 parking fee per night. I checked in at 11pm and left at 7am. I could see paying for parking if I left my car there for multiple nights.
I’ll probably look for a different hotel either way a better breakfast and free parking.
Very Nice and Clean
There wasn’t any microwave in the rooms
A nice and welcoming environment safe for the family. The rooms were well arrange for comfort. the housekeeping was wonderful as well
This is a really nice airport/business hotel. Clean, modern. I really appreciated the restaurant right next door, and it's in a nice business park where I could go for a walk. Staff were great! Shuttle was very good!
Really everything was good about this hotel. O complaints. Very clean and comfortable.
I thought the price was slightly high, and I didn't like being placed by the elevator and ice machine. If I had been there for more than 1 night, I would have requested to be moved.
The rooms are very large and have a separate sitting area, which I enjoy. The beds are extremely comfortable and rooms/bath areas are very clean. Breakfast was delicious, hot and plentiful. We stayed here 2 nights, not consecutively, as it was easy to get to and from the airport. We noticed that flight attendants/pilots stayed at this hotel and traveled with us on the shuttles to and from the airport. It has a small bar with decent prices and a very limited menu for food. There is a sports bar/restaurant just outside the hotel that stays open until 11pm.
We stayed 2 non-consecutive nights, both Tuesdays, and paid completely different prices for the same room. In the rooms, there is only a small refrigerator and a single-cup coffee maker in an area that looks as if it might have been a small kitchenette with a large counter and empty shelves. For the price of the room, you would think that the bottled water placed on the counter would be included to enable the guest to make a beverage with the included packets of coffee/tea in the room, instead of having to pay $6 per bottle (if you are NOT a Hyatt member). We had to trudge down to the lobby level with our own water bottle to fill it at the water fountain, or fill the provided ice bucket with ice and let it melt for a morning cup before breakfast opened.
This is our first Hyatt experience and we were so impressed. The visit started with a very nice greeting and great customer service from Roxanne. She made us all feel so welcome and was very genuine in wanting to make sure that we were taken care of. THANK YOU Roxanne!! The rooms were great, the property was well maintained and the breakfast was excellent!! Great place to stay!!
