Do NOT stay here. Very SKETCHY! RUDE staff.
Pros:

NOTHING Do not stayhere. I had to find another hotel to stay at when I arrived in the evening after I already paid for my reservation. They would not check me in and tried to charge again.

Cons:

Extremely RUDE staff. I would never stay there. Do NOT book this hotel. They tried to charge me twice for the same night.

Grateful I could stay here after missing connecting flight

After seeing the choices AA gave me when I missed my connection in Charlotte and had to stay the night (Comfort Inn or Red Roof Inn), I was grateful that Hyatt had a availability at one of the airport hotels.

The room and breakfast was fine for a one night stay and typical of other Hyatt Places. This one had a waffle maker, which I don't think I've seen at all Hyatt Places.

I took advantage of the free shuttle to the airport. Front desk got us an Uber XL to take the 4 of us to the airport when their driver had to leave for a family emergency.

I would not hesitate to burn points again to stay here if I am stuck in Charlotte again. AA should do better! Have they seen the reviews on TripAdvisor for the hotel options they are offering?? But I digress.

Hotel is fine for early morning flight
Pros:

This hotel is fine. We had an early morning flight so we got in late and left VERY early. Our room smelled strongly of marijuana but we needed to sleep and we did.

Roxanne Roxanne and the 1st and 2nd shift staff were great. They made the stay enjoyable and funny.
Pros:

The breakfast was fair. But the last day of our stay, they bought out the bacon and waffles and the kids loved that.

Cons:

Over night staff didn’t have the same energy as 1st and 2nd shift staff.

Okay hotel that charges $10 for parking.
Pros:

Standard Hyatt hotel not far from the Charlotte airport.
Room was clean. Easy check in.
Breakfast was okay but I expected better.
The only annoying thing was $10 parking fee per night. I checked in at 11pm and left at 7am. I could see paying for parking if I left my car there for multiple nights.
I’ll probably look for a different hotel either way a better breakfast and free parking.

Nice experience
Pros:

A nice and welcoming environment safe for the family. The rooms were well arrange for comfort. the housekeeping was wonderful as well
