Nice place to rest before or after a flight
Pros:

The night staff were rude, but breakfast and morning staff were good.

Cons:

Requested a handicap-accessible room, but the room had a deep tub with safety bars. The tub mat was in the far corner of the bathtub and unreachable for anyone in a wheelchair or having mobility issues. The handheld shower head was set at a high height, which was also unreachable for anyone with mobility issues or in a wheelchair. We had travelled for 21 hours from Europe and were too tired to try to change rooms.

The night shift front desk lady that received us that Friday at 2am gave us the worst impression. She made me feel very unwelcome with her way of treating me
. She said that if I booked in booking.com it's because I wanted to save $10. She said _ next time go to our website.... I love booking.com because I do everything in one place. And she treated me like a bum . I take vacation twice a year, lots of hotels and this lady is the only one that made me feel like I was asking for a corner on her sidewalk and not like I costumer. She needs a serious hospitality and customer service training revision. .

Great one night stay
Pros:

Close to the airport. The staff were all so welcoming and friendly, especially Kayla (I believe that was her name) who checked me in very late at night. The best hotel staff I’ve ever experienced in a long time. The bed and pillows were very comfortable.

Cons:

The bathroom was extremely small.

Do NOT stay here. Very SKETCHY! RUDE staff.
Pros:

NOTHING Do not stayhere. I had to find another hotel to stay at when I arrived in the evening after I already paid for my reservation. They would not check me in and tried to charge again.

Cons:

Extremely RUDE staff. I would never stay there. Do NOT book this hotel. They tried to charge me twice for the same night.
