Unhealthy breakfast, AC in room was SO LOUD when it kicks on. It woke me up constantly and there is no fan on option. Slept very poorly

The Lakepoint hotel the best location in Charlotte. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast was fresh and hot.
The room was beautiful and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast was better than most hotels.
The rooms don't have microwaves. There are shared microwaves by the Ice machine on each floor which I thought was odd. But not not a big deal.
