Looks nice from inside
Bathrooms are desperately needing renovated. Quite disgraceful charging the prices they do with bathrooms in that condition.

Unless you go to underground car park, or lower floor by ramp, accessibility not great. Accessible toilets a floor down from resteraunt, bar, reception area, have to go down in lift and cross function room to find it.

The staff were the best...from porter to restaurant staff to check in staff...all genuinely chatting...nothing forced.
Little bug-bear...shower curtain...please put in bath panel! Also please put in decent mugs...get rid of tiny cups...you want to feel like you're going to sit down with a decent cuppa tea and disappointed it goes so fast. Bin in bathroom had not been emptied from previous resident. No bathrobe or slippers - you'd expect that in 5 star hotel. Breakfast buffet - good choice and variety but hot food not very hot.

I stayed here for one night with my daughter and found the hotel to be very historic but beautifully decorated and didn't feel like a museum. I can't comment on the food as we didn't eat here. Our twin room was spacious and the beds very comfortable. The staff were professional and very courteous.
I didn't have much to complain about, other than I would have liked to have stayed longer.

Beautiful
The dawn comforter was too warm for the weather. We had an early flight. The breakfast they packed for us was not good. I was hoping for something a bit healthier, such as all grain sandwich, boiled egg, and fruits.
Location is beautiful, staff and service are very good.
Baths are extremely shallow
