Excellent memorable weekend
Pros:

Lovely setting staff very pleasant. Our room was upgraded as it was our wedding anniversary. We got a beautiful chocolate display & chocolate in the room

Overall we had a great stay at the property. Our only bad experience was our dinner on Saturday evening. We had a reservation in the lounge and no member of staff seemed to be looking after the area. To get any service we had to chase after staff and waited over 20 minutes to order and we seemed like we were an inconvenience for being there.

Pros:

We loved the location, perfect for where we had planned to visit over the 2 days. The surroundings were beautiful we loved having a little walk round and a coffee in the orangery. We were glad to get a charge in the underground carpark for our return journey.

Cons:

The Internet wasn't great , kept dropping out..we were on the ground floor.
The heat control in the room was temperamental.. It was uncomfortably warm.
Just another thing we would have preferred two single beds for the kids as the beds were small.

Fantastic breakfast very relaxing place rooms are very good size .

This isn't a 5 star hotel definitely .
Mini fridge was out of order heating system not worked well, bathroom very tired towel warmer not worked .
Rooms are not properly cleaned
We tried to check in at 14 :20 we were told the room will be ready in 15 min we came back 15:10 the guy at the reception said that the room is still not ready and asked to wait another 20 min but finally he find a room after I refused to wait another 20min .
Alcohol bit overpriced compared to other hotels in Dublin .
If you planning to dine in restaurant better book a table in advance .

Stunning hotel
Pros:

Just spent night on way to ferry but what a beautiful hotel it is. The bar area is stunning and the room had homemade cookies and chocolates. Sad we couldn’t stay longer!

Cons:

Our pint of Guinness was pretty pricey 😬

El hotel es precioso, antiguo palacete bien conservado. El desayuno de lujo

Cons:

Algo pequeñas las habitaciones familiares si son dos adultos y dos niños. Vi mal que no funcione el frigorífico en las habitaciones. Aunque no haya minibar todos los hoteles tienen un frigorífico para poder guardar yogures y cosas para los peques
