Cons:

Very dissatisfied. This hotel is not disabled friendly. They have disabled parking, a ramp for the disabled but that's it. No elevator. they changed my room for one one the first floor... there's was 5 step to go to the room. Theroom was not walker friendly nor was the kitchen. So no breakfast for my sister in law. I will never ever reserve a room with that chain again. Plus 3 person in the room one tiny bottle of conditionner... Really.

Coastal Inn Moncton/Dieppe was a good choice, and I would stay there again.
Pros:

The room was comfortable and quiet, and the motel rate and location worked out excellently for my needs. The staff I interacted with were all friendly, helpful, and attentive.

Cons:

The set-up of the breakfast room is designed to route people around in a confusing way that has them running into each other. Aside from that, housekeeping did not thoroughly clean my room (i.e. toilet was not cleaned). This was the only real glitch.

Staff, parking were excellent. Randy was very helpful.
Pros:

Bed was extremely high for a short person. I had to go between the wall and the bed - get one knee up on the bed and push my other foot against the wall to get on bed. I have arthritis in my hips - very difficult. Pillows were terrible.

Excellent Budget Hotel
Pros:

This is an excellent budget hotel. The staff, especially Randy, were fantastic. The beds were comfortable. Walking distance to several restaurants and shopping. Breakfast was better than we were expecting.

Cons:

It took us awhile to figure out the AC/heat.
