Incredible experience staring at Hotel St Moritz in Queenstown - didn’t want to leave!
Pros:

This hotel was amazing! So clean and well maintained. Bed was incredibly comfortable and shower and facilities were great. Beautiful view from both our window and the restaurant. The staff were all so friendly and accommodating and went above and beyond for guests. The breakfast buffet and bar were also fantastic. Definitely one of the nicest hotels I’ve stayed in and would absolutely stay again in future.

Good location, noisy room!
Pros:

The location was very close to wharf area and an easy walk. The view from the balcony was nice.

Cons:

We were in Room 303 which is directly below the restaurant/bar/kitchen. It was extremely noisy all day until very late into the night. It wasn’t great. I would imagine any rooms in this area would have the same issue and for the star rating and price we would expect better.

St Moritz Queenstown
Pros:

Spacious room with a great shower. The option to not have daily cleaning but have vouchers instead, was really appreciated. Reusable glass bottles for water and milk was also good.
That view!!

Cons:

The hill!!
Having an interconnecting door to the room nextdoor meant it was noisier than expected for such a peaceful hotel.

The Hotel was a nice place to return after a hectic day!
Pros:

Beautifully presented suite, spacious, clean and very comfortable with everything that we needed. The only thing on the downside was that we faced the back of the hotel facing a laneway and adjacent road.

Cons:

A room with a view! Steep walk up to the hotel!

Our room was next to some sort of an exhaust fan that kept us up all night. It sounded like a jet engine. We didn’t get any sleep, after a long day of travelling to NZ.

Very nice, with some things to note.
Pros:

Location was great, room was clean, house keeping did a great job, great dinner recommendations from concierge staff.

Cons:

For the price we paid an included breakfast would have been ideal. The price we paid for the full breakfast bar was too much in my opinion.

We also paid for a room with a view, but a large chunk was of the driveway and roof next door.

Every night we were disturbed by bins of smashing glass being filled or emptied directly below our room.
