Charming, well appointed and comfortable Queenstown hotel.
Pros:

The location was handy to bustling Queenstown, an easy walk to access the lakefront and all of the activity but just far enough away to be quiet. The staff were friendly, helpful and efficient. The amenity was excellent; well appointed and comfortable. Lovely lake and mountain view from the restaurant and bar.
Our garden suite room was large and comfortable with a good coffee machine, excellent lounge and terrace space and decent bathroom.

Cons:

Low ceilings and being on the ground floor meant the room was dark. We chose not to pay extra for a lake view…so shouldn’t complain.
The in-house restaurant food was only fair but good wine list.
In house breakfast handy but pretty standard. Barista made coffee, however was great!

Cons:

Room was awful. Windows were completely overlooked. Pedestrians walking into the main entrance could see directly into the room. The driveway to the hotel was in the other window. An idling bus at 7am sat outside the window for 15 minutes, waking me on what was supposed to be a relaxing stay. I called reception and they did move us to another room, but the aircon system was outside the room and was constantly making noise. And the room was still overlooked by people walking by. For the price point, you can do much better. One of the worst places I’ve ever stayed.

A great place to stay, beautiful suite and very clean. Staff very friendly.
Pros:

The staff at St Moritz were very friendly and professional overall. However, two reception staff were very warm and welcoming and went above and beyond. They made my stay at St Moritz not only a great experience but memorable, too. A big thank you to Pauline and Denise for being so amazing! I sought out their manager and complimented them. I will recommend St Moritz to friends as a result of Pauline and Denise being so lovely.

Beautiful rooms, lovely staff, everything was well planned and considered. Excellent location

Cons:

Very minor but could have had some plates in room. Had full cutlery, glasses, microwave, kettle etc but strangely no plates. But really minor in an I really exceptional hotel

Shower stall doesn’t have a step down so water splashes outside the glass door.

Excellent hotel in a beautiful location!
Pros:

A truly exceptional hotel! Everything from location, facilities through staff and great food! We had two bedroom apartment for our family and we loved it. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this place and I hope I can go back again one day!

Would recommend this hotel based on location, comfort and the friendly staff
Pros:

Lovely comfortable room. Fabulous greeting on arrival. The views from the bar were amazing. Location was perfect, a short walk to the centre of town. A storm knocked out the internet so we had no wifi or TV but we were given a complimentary breakfast which more than made up for it!

Cons:

Needed more coffee pods
